Fast shipping and great prices. I’ve ordered from them a few times and my order always comes on time or earlier than expected. I had a small mix up with my last order and their customer service was very helpful and resolved my concern right away. I will continue to order with them especially since my local shops are double sometimes triple the price.

Wish I read reviews before ordering. What a thieving bunch of scammers. First of all, I only received 2 of the 3 products I ordered. The disposable vapes I did get were repackaged. I thought maybe they test them, but now I suspect they are selling returned products. Both had issues charging. One wouldn't charge until it was dead and the other just charged sporadically. One also didn't draw properly, it always gurgled and sputtered.

I don't ever write scathing reviews without following a company's customer service protocol and giving them a chance to rectify the problem. I contacted them within 24 hrs of the package arriving. I told them an item was missing. No response. I tried again before 72 hrs passed, this time emailing and including a video (as per the site's requirements for complaints) showing that the box it was shipped in was not large enough to have even FIT a third vape. This was about 5 weeks ago, so it's safe to say they don't intend to fix it.

I didn't even complain about the poor functionality of the vapes, I just wanted to receive the items I paid for.

Don't be tempted by the low minimum order for free shipping. After my experience I looked into it and there are so many absolute horror stories about this company selling counterfeit products and damaged/old stock. Please do your research.

Terrible business. I've ordered from them several times and received many defective vapes. They don't give you a refund when they send you a bad one.

I’ve purchased SEVERAL (like 40) and have never had a problem. Twice I’ve ordered an item that was low and then out of stock. Always have refunded me or called to ask if I would like to wait to see if one came in one of their shipments, replace with something else, etc. they have NEVER done me wrong. Best
Place to buy as saving over half of what the local Vape store sells for

I placed an order, decided the identification process was too onerous compared to other vape companies I order from. I canceled the order 3 minutes later. Their website says you must cancel within 45 minutes. They are refusing to honor the cancellation/refund, and they will not ship the product either. Stay away from this company.

This is a terrible company you will pay for shipping that is suppose to take 2 to 3 business days to receive your items but you won't get your items you purchased for 2 weeks then they will try and tell you their gonna refund the shipping cost but they tell you lies!
