In both packs of refills of the little refills don’t work at all, no flavour just air so I will not likely buy the refill pods from here again. If it was just one that didn’t work I wouldn’t have too much of an issue but it has happened to BOTH packs I have bought.

Made a mistake when ordering juice strength, doh! but the super customer service staff sorted it all out for me super quick, absolutely no hassle and it's always a pleasure speaking and emailing with the great folk at vape shop! Thank you!

Never received my order , and now company is saying to phone the police . There saying it has been delivered . Have contacted trading standards . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

False advertising, made a purchase on the website and did not receive any points, contacted support which said they don't give points out anymore for X product, it is not mentioned anywhere on the website about this. A lot of people are getting scammed.

My vape developed a fault,i notified Vape Shop and they guided me through the returns procedure,they even paid the postage as the vape was faulty. I was given options on the refund, I opted for store credit as i know i will spend it...so pleased with this store and how i have been treated..Thank you VS ...

Ordered from several times and always on point.

Royal mail delivered the parcel and left it in a communal area and it was stolen. I contacted Vape Shop and they arranged redelivery the same day, and the package was delivered a few days later. Really polite and efficient customer service and the products are as advertised.

this is a great company...the only gripe I have is that someone has to be in to sign for the packages...not always convenient..it would be great if they had a choice of "leave in a safe place"
