Their vape stock isn't reliable or updated on time, and their shipping is delayed every time I've ordered from this store. I don't like my order being delayed when I paid for next-day delivery and yet I receive my order after a couple of days due to sold-out vapes that were not updated on the website. I don't recommend this store if you are looking for fast and reliable stock availability.

I placed an order with Vape Offers under a "same day dispatch" promise, but it was dispatched only the next day instead. Because of this delay, combined with paying extra for "Next Day Delivery", it took 3 days for my order to finally arrive. Charging extra for next-day service and failing to dispatch or deliver on time is very disappointing and unprofessional.

Very attentive customer service which makes this company outstanding. They have large variety of products and flavors and I've been ordering from them for a while already.
There was an issue with my order regarding out of stock items, I've been reached by email and also by phone to resolve the issue as fast as possible. Apart from that I was also sent some free items, which I find very kind.
