Sent them an email regarding this issue and received a call within the next hour from them to address the issue and provide solution. The only place that I buy from, highly recommend Vapemarkdown! My orders are always shipped out within a day, two at the most. All my orders were promptly shipped. On the rare occasion there was an issue, it was promptly resolved. I will not shop anywhere else. You are stuck with me for the rest of my life ...lol

I recently had an unpleasant experience that was handled somewhat poorly by Mike which is rather unfortunate. Perhaps maybe he was having a bad day? Ah, who knows what he was going through -- all I know is that the exchange didn't exactly end well. I got refunded for the defective products after some debate. Then I received a --phone call-- today and (WAIT WHAT? A PHONE CALL?? Yes, an actual, real live, son-of-a-gun human being called me) spoke to Jack, who was excellent at reviewing all that had gone wrong with the last interaction, and summarily rectified all issues that had happened and apologized profusely for the negative experience I had with Mike. I was also given a store credit to handle the shipping costs. The man did a fine job taking care of everything and you can tell he takes customer service very seriously. In fact, he also made certain they would have the item I planned on purchasing again and assured me they'd have the product in by Wednesday. Jack acknowledged me as a man and a Veteran and treated me with respect and dignity - even thanked me for my service. He was extremely pleasant to speak to and work with.

You don't come by people like this every day, but when you do, you love to see it. And Mike, if you see this review, just know that there are no hard feelings and we all have off days.
