Absolutely fantastic service from Jay in sales.

I bought my van from Brian and Emma at Van Ninja Stockton nearly 10 months ago, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

What has really stood out to me is that nearly 10 months after buying the van, they have still been there to support me when I needed them.

The van itself has run perfectly since I bought it. The recent problem wasn’t the van breaking down or going wrong, I took it to Peugeot for what was supposed to be a simple manufacturer recall relating to the camshaft chain, and unfortunately that turned into a three-week ordeal.

Throughout all of this, Brian and Emma have gone above and beyond to help me. They listened, given advice, spoken to thier own mechanic to get another opinion supported me throughout, despite the issue having absolutely nothing to do with Van Ninja.

That level of after-sales support nearly 10 months after buying a vehicle is something you don’t often get, and I really appreciate it.

Thank you so much Brian and Emma. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Van Ninja again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a van.

I went to multiple dealerships before I came across VanNinja - Jay Rowlingson in particular was my van sales salesperson. He was very very efficient very attentive and to be honest just - very calm bloke. He didn’t put any pressure on me to buy or purchase and yeah, just a genuine top man, which made me want to buy a vehicle. He put a new MOT on it, re-racked the back of the van looked after the van all that stuff he even helped me clean my own rental vehicle before returning it to to the rental store so yeah above and beyond top man, thank you.

Found the van online the website and called to look at it the same day. They run a rental/lease business nationwide and this was one of their fleet vans for sale. It had been carefully looked after and went through their workshop to ensure it was perfect for sale. Steve went above and beyond to make sure the paperwork was spot on. John made himself available so we could pick it up on a Saturday morning as well. Brilliant professional service! Would recommend to anyone.
