They send me the wrong size, cheap quality and refuse to help a customer out
They send me the wrong size. I order a sweater in the size s, first of all I needed to wait 3 weeks for it to arrive. When I looked where my order was I saw that it was coming out of China.. I also could order it on Aliexpress. Anyways, my order arrived, then I tried it on and it was too big. They had send a size M with a sticker on top of it that it was size S. I had to send three e-mails, because they didn't answer at first. I send them that the product they send was actually a size M, with proof and photo's, they say they where sorry and that they could send one in the right size but I had to pay for all the costs, like delivery and also sending the item back... to China with was like € 53,-. When a company makes a mistake, I do not expect that I have to pay more for their mistake. After mailing back and forward I came to a point to take my loss, as the dropship company wants more money as they already make profit over a shirt which you can buy for € 4 to € 6 on AliExpress. Also I expected more from the quality, it's very thin and it looks a bit cheap. Just don't buy your clothes on this platform.

Adder onder het gras bij retourneren
Je wordt totaal niet geïnformeerd over hoe de retournering werkt. In de algemene voorwaarden staat dat retourkosten ongeveer 16 euro zijn. Dit blijkt niet waar. Bij navraag te doen blijkt dat ze je aanbieden om niet te retourneren en dan krijg je 50% korting in de webshop. Dan moet je dus alsnog het product betalen. Ik heb gekozen om wel te retourneren. De goedkoopste optie heeft mij 26 euro gekost. Vervolgens kwam mijn pakket bij de Chinese douane te liggen, omdat inklaringskosten betaald moesten worden. Ik loop daar nu vast, omdat de Chinese vervoerder aangeeft dat de ontvanger moet betalen en contact op moet nemen. Vanda Liamo weigert dit te doen en wil mijn retour niet verwerken.

Een ster is eigenlijk teveel. Je bestelt wat, kwaliteit is slecht en als je hrt terug wil sturen is het veel te ingewikkeld en duur om dat te doen. Veel mailcontact gehad maar er komt geen oplossing. Veel te veel betaald voor de jassen en om een retour te doen naar China betaal je al rond de 60 euro per pakket. Dit staat niet op de website!!
Ik zou zeggen, bestel er niet wat. De jassen zijn in werkelijkheid niet mooi. Veel te duur en je krijgt je geld dus niet terug om dat je zoveel moet betalen voor retourneren.

We betreuren het dat u niet tevreden was over de kwaliteit van de jassen. Dit is zeker niet de ervaring die we onze klanten willen bieden, en we nemen feedback over productkwaliteit zeer serieus, zodat we ons assortiment en onze controles kunnen verbeteren.
We begrijpen ook uw bezorgdheid over retourzendingen. Ons retourbeleid, inclusief internationale retourzendingen, staat beschreven op onze website, maar we erkennen dat deze informatie misschien niet duidelijk genoeg of prominent aanwezig was. Onze oprechte excuses als dit een onaangename verrassing voor u was. Internationale retourkosten kunnen inderdaad hoog zijn, en we begrijpen hoe ontmoedigend dat kan zijn.
Het spijt ons te horen dat u, ondanks eerdere e-mailcontacten, het gevoel heeft dat er geen oplossing is gevonden. Dat is niet onze bedoeling. We willen uw zaak graag nogmaals bekijken en kijken of we nog iets voor u kunnen doen.

Helaas erg teleurgesteld. De jas is slecht afgewerkt en ziet er goedkoop en slordig uit, totaal niet zoals op de foto’s. Het retourproces is bovendien onnodig ingewikkeld en frustrerend. Dit had ik niet verwacht en zou ik niet opnieuw bestellen.
