Hi I recently was at your Monroville store. What beautiful furniture. We were looking for game room furniture. We had the nicest man help us. Although we did not buy that day we will be back. The man who helped us his name is Bill Barnhardt.Its good to know there are still nice people out there. Thank you.

We had trouble with the warranty Tyra and Tim resolved our issues, and treated with respect and made it easy to get our new chair. They went above and beyond .

I will NEVER EVER NEVER EVER purchase another piece of furniture from this place. Not only have I not received the couch we have been paying for since December, a couch was delivered to my home by the most unprofessional crew on the face of the earth. They tore the couch moving it in and then when we explained that we didn't want a torn couch, they angrily took the couch back to the truck and drove off. Left our gate wide open without providing any next steps. Of course we contacted customer service and was promised that we would get a couch delivered in two weeks. It's two weeks. Still no couch. No phone call. No nothing. Everyone is in your face when it's time for the sell. After that, it's a big mess. This has been the most unnecessarily, stressful, frustrating purchase ever. Never again. NEVER. EVER.

Was new to town and stopped in at Value City Furniture in Traverse City to look around- was met with a friendly smile by Jake and found a table in clearance that I had to have! Jake assisted us with the purchase with friendliness and professionalism- an awesome shopping experience!

On December 6, I received a wardrobe. The next day, I opened the boxes and found two pieces broken. On December 7, I emailed regarding this situation, and I am still waiting for something to be done since that time. I gave them all the details they asked for and all the pictures. I emailed tons of emails and called a lot of times - no one doesn't care. All the time, they said they needed to reach out to the vendor to check what they could do. After a while, WHEN MY PATIENCE GOT OVER, I told them that I wanted to return the wardrobe, but the customer service said that my return window was closed. That's not my problem that you can't figure out what to do faster, I informed customer service right away. It's almost two months since the wardrobe sitting in the middle of the room in the boxes, and they still can't figure out what to do. They can't refund the money, they can't pick up the wardrobe back, but they can offer 20% off. Seriously, would someone accept 20% off for something that is not usable? They also told me that these two broken parts MAYBE would be available in April, but they couldn't tell me this right away. They told me this after almost two months. Now they just keep ignoring me. I encourage everyone - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I'LL MAKE SURE TO SHARE MY REVIEW ON EVERY SINGLE SOCIAL MEDIA. ALSO, I'LL HIRE A LAWYER BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO COOPERATE, BUT I WILL NOT PAY FOR A WARDROBE THAT IS NOT USABLE.

Because of a not too great interaction with a salesperson at the (St. Ann), MO. store, led me to drive out to the Balwin Store there were few bumps along the way due to ordering issues, let's blame Covid epidemic for that, I must say that the Ballwin, MO. Store manager, James and Yvonne in accounting went far and above to make things right. Their customer service made it 5 stars, otherwise the other issues would have been 2 stars but by no fault of theirs, it was due to ordering issues/product delivery, let's blame Covid epidemic. The Ballwin, MO. is now my go to Value City Store! I will shop there again soon!

Michael Freeman at the Eastpoint store was very informative and extremely helpful. I will never go to another Value City Store except this one. The service is awesome.

Customer service and their inability to keep ahold of the details of their sales are pitiful. We paid for delivery service and they called us letting us know the stuff was ready to picked. They argued and won. Not worth the fight to deal with these jerks.

Value City Furniture in Columbia SC is the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with in my life and I have purchased a lot of furniture. I purchased a bedroom set every since June 2022, and received partial of my items the dresser, nightstand and mirror, needless to say the dresser was damaged and had to be replaced. It has been three months and I am still waiting on the headboard and chest. My husband is a disabled Veteran and unable to sleep on the mattress on the floor therefore he has been sleeping in a recliner every night. I can’t believe these people called me for the third time today and change the delivery date to October 2022. Now they got me stuck in between a rock and hard place because I was told since it has been longer than 7 days I am unable to get my money back. They scam me into purchasing the bedroom set because they told me I should be receiving the complete set within a month, here it is three month later and I have not received the complete set yet. I would never purchase another item from this company again. They lie to you to get your business than once they have your money they treat you like crap.

Doing business anytime we need furniture with this store. Very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Kudos to Linda in the office, Help Me Rhonda on the floor. Such a nice experience, appreciate them, and we love the furniture. WE bought a nightstand to use for a living room end table because of 3 nice size drawers and a stylish look. Liked it so much we came back for another one! Thank you Value City Furniture.

Rhonda was a fantastic sales person. She was detailed and was knowledgeable about the products. We bought a power leather couch and chair on her recommendation.

I purchased a bedroom set in 11/2019 and still have not received the drawer for the bed. This is ridiculous!! I've called there monthly with NO HELP. I've talked to management at the Flint location and still nothing has been done. DO NOT GO TO THE VALUE CITY IN FLINT THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR FURNITURE!!!

I picked up my new sofa and 2 Chairs today from the Polaris location in Columbus Ohio and the furniture is excellent quality. The gentleman who helped me load my furniture, James Qualls was so kind and helpful and made this pickup so easy and enjoyable. A big shout out to Todd Leonti who helped me with my original sale, great to work with.

The absolute worst customer service. Waited 3 months for a bedroom set and it came in damaged. I picked up at the store and the loader person said take it home and check it out and if damaged call them! We’ll I did and it was damaged but after renting the uhaul and returned it we had no means to return it to the store so they said we could have the new one delivered but would be a delivery charge!!!!!!!omg. Never shop at value city again. 2 bit piece of furniture! High priced low quality!!!!

This was my first experience ordering online from Value CIty Furniture and I couldn't be more pleased. I received my occasional table within a week with free shipping. An added plus is that the table was 99% assembled and I only had to attach the bun feet. Now, for the table.....it's sturdy, well made and matches my bedroom furniture really well. I only wish I could post a pic so you could see for yourself. Happy with my purchase and highly recommend shopping at Value CIty Furniture - either online or in person at their store.

They can't deliver in downtown Chicago because they are running around in uninsured vehicles that they subcontract to people that don't have insurance. They failed to deliver twice. Furthermore when they fail, they try to blame it on you. I will never buy furniture from this company again.

I purchased a dining table and 2 bedroom sets from value city in Greenbrook, NJ with a 5-year protection plan hoping if something goes wrong they could fix it. We had some issues with chairs and called Value city, after rescheduling their visit twice their technician came and evaluated the bed set and chairs, he mentioned that they need to repair and fixed and that he was unable to do. A week later I called back to check up on technician visit and I was told there was nothing the Value city could do and I should buy a new set of chairs and bed. I mentioned what’s the point of buying a protection plan? They were not willing to hear what I had to say and once they hung up on me . I ask to share the technician report but they refused to do that. Very poor customer service and unprofessional staff to deal with. They only care about selling you their poor quality furniture. I would not recommend them at all as they were not willing to listen and help the customer. I would rate their customer service and support a big zero.
