Do not buy from this store, product looks nothing like it does on line and is only worth about 5% of what I paid, embarrassed I fell for it

I ordered the Alix bag and paid $100.00 for it. It arrived 3 weeks later and was nothing like the bag pictured on their website. The bag was smaller, misshapen, cheap looking and the lining only filled half the inside of the bag. It was shipped from Miami but returns have to go to the UK & would cost $65.00 plus taxes. Plus the return required I send them a photo of my return receipt but no email address was listed so the bag is impossible to return. Sham company. Terrible product. Do not buy from them. I would have rated them no stars if I could have.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! I also bought a straw bag that looked amazing online. When it arrived- I would not even use it FOR FREE!!! It’s an absolute piece of crap! I will throw it in the rubbish & just take the loss if $100!! This company must be laughing at people who purchase from them!!! Sickening! If I could give it NO STARS I would! 😡

I bought a straw bag that looked amazing online. I wanted it for my vacation. It was over $100. When it showed up, I wouldn't spend $10 for this bag at Walmart. The quality is absolutely horrible. They told me I could return it but I had to return it with tracking. The address they give you to return it to is in the UK. It would cost me $75 to send it back. Since this company is such a scam I'm not optimistic. They've given me my money back so I'm keeping the bag because right now I'm only out $100 versus 175. I wish I would've read these reviews before I ordered. The quality is laughable.

The product (straw bag) looked amazing when advertised on IG. It took weeks to arrive. Drop shipped from china. Poor quality and cheap design. No return options. Daylight robbery

I'm disappointed with the bag I purchased. It could easily have come from Walmart or Target at one-third the cost. Quality isn't apparent.
Also, they do not make returns easy. Packages must be sent to Birmingham B6 5RQ United Kingdom, within 15 days. Sending the bag will cost half the price of my original purchase.

This company should be avoided at all costs. The order took about two weeks to arrive and when it did the colour was completely different from the website illustration and was very poor quality. When I requested a return label I was offered a pitiful partial refund of 25%! I declined, and then another offer came for 30% which I reluctantly accepted. I've never come across such bad customer service. I will never buy from this company again

If I could give no stars, I would. Dress arrived and it has been made so bad! It came straight from China so obviously there hasn’t been any checks this end. Cheap material and I got ripped off for 34.99! Have continued to complain, they offered 40% max refund, and now that have not replied!! Stay away from this company!

Literally abused by this company .. received a very poor quality item which was massively under sized.

Upon requesting a refund I was advised they had changed their policy and decline refunds. I raised a case with PayPal which was accepted

Weeks later I got an email saying “I hope I choke on my money” Wow

I received a terrible quality coat, the told me I’d have to ship it back to CHINA at my own expense.. NO. Got a refund from PayPal and then have just received an email saying ;
“ I just looked at your photo and noticed how ugly you were. I really hope our coats made you look a little prettier.”

Funnily enough it was signed off as MOHANNED who is also the only 5 star reviewer on here LOL.

This company is also known as Sophie&Mae, please be careful they are scammers! They keep changing names! Clothes are disgusting, you can’t send back and take 6 weeks to arrive battered and damaged ! Based in China not uk

CAZA CROPPED “SUEDE” TRENCH COAT Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a “100% leather suede” jacket which took weeks to come (clearly shipped from China) it arrived and was poor quality and definitely not suede, it was 100% polyester. It looked nothing like the jacket in the ad and the photos online which are of genuine suede. When I requested to return it they declined. I feel like I was scammed very badly
