I placed an order with Valmont & Co on February 26 and never received my item.

After I followed up, I received one response from Lara stating the order would be delivered, but that never happened. Since then, all follow-up emails have been ignored and I have received no updates, no tracking, and no refund.

It has now been months with no resolution or communication. At this point, I feel I was misled and effectively scammed out of $79.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this business based on my experience

It is the worst website which does not reply at all, the item is not shipped and their customer support has stopped replying now after 4 weeks of wait. They claim to provide the 20 days shipment guarrantee and there is nothing to be found or received as of now.
Total scam and does not worth it at all. Avoid at all costs

They are a scam . They do not ship at all despite them giving you a tracking number that jus shows that item
Was not picked up. It’s a fake tracking tactics scammers use. Do not buy anything. I just got scammed .

I'd give 0 Stars if possible. Waiting since 2 weeks for me "Express Shipping" and the tracking shows it's not even Picked up yet, just informations sent.
