Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, they think that they have the right to micro manage customers lives with their B.S. today I tried to e transfer myself money from Valley First to my account at BMO they tried to block the e-transfer and hold my money in pending with no way to cancel the transfer nothing had to waste a half hour on the phone arguing with some CSR about getting my money back complete waste of time all because Valley First thinks they have the right to micro manage my life complete joke and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service.
