I purchased a watch from Valeur for €179 (Order #VLR1162). When it arrived, I was very disappointed. The watch does not work properly and has many problems. Out of curiosity, I opened the watch and discovered that it only has a very small, cheap movement inside – the same type you would find in a €2 watch. This shows that the product is extremely low quality and not worth the high price they charge.

I feel scammed and I strongly warn others not to buy from this store. I also have photos as proof of the poor quality.

I’m really disappointed with my experience so far. I ordered a watch and paid extra for insured delivery, yet I still haven’t received my item. While the company has responded to my messages, the communication hasn’t been very helpful — just vague updates with no clear resolution.

It’s frustrating to feel like I’m being strung along with delays and unclear explanations, especially after paying for a service that’s supposed to offer more security and peace of mind. I expected better from a brand presenting itself as premium.

I’ll gladly update this review if the situation is resolved, but for now, I can’t recommend Valeur Watches based on my experience.
