worst system I ever used. This software can even get date range correct. do not get me started on customer service, shom are nice but are unable to help you since the software is not working. 10 hours with technical support on hold and zero progress. STAY AWAY

I was a loyal and happy Schedulicity user for nearly 15 years and always appreciated their exceptional customer service and user-friendly interface. When I learned that Vagaro was acquiring Schedulicity, I had immediate concerns—not only because of the functional differences between the two platforms, but also because Vagaro’s model seems more focused on capturing traffic through their own marketplace rather than supporting seamless booking directly on a business’s own website.
Despite my disappointment, I gave the transition a chance. My account was automatically migrated to Vagaro in March 2025, but by May, I had decided to discontinue the service. I had already found another platform that better fit my needs for scheduling and point-of-sale, and I began moving my clients over in January.
Unfortunately, cancelling my Vagaro account was needlessly difficult. You cannot cancel online—you must call. After completing the cancellation by phone, I was still charged another month. When I contacted support via chat, I was again told I had to call. I remained on the phone this time until I received written confirmation of cancellation and am now waiting for a refund.
While I understand transitions are never easy, forcing clients to work to leave a service—especially after an unexpected platform change—leaves a bad impression. I truly feel for the support agents who have to enforce these policies. I'm confident I made the right decision in moving on.

Vagaro has been amazing to use. Even though there is A LOT to learn and I don't understand it all yet, their customer service is beyond great, so I never feel stressed! They all speak perfectly good English too, which I always find more helpful.

Wish I could give zero stars. They with tell you to cancel online, then you get message online - to cancel give us a call, haha! You call several times and finally talk to someone and they cancel your account, only to be charged next month! Total waste of your time and money.06.17.2015

Vagaro has been a great transition coming from years of using a salon software that only allowed me to do but so much and was very limiting as I grown my business and it did create quite a bit of confusion for my business. Vagaro so far has offered more flexibility to personalize my business and also work more efficiently for my employee as well.

Vagaro has fulfilled every need I could think of for being a small biz, and for using their payroll system. It's very user friendly for my clients to book online. Tech support is always close by for any confusion I have, or there's always videos on how to set things up.
