Booked online which was easy and clear, due to the type of holiday booked required a follow up call from Head office. Which was handled friendly and professionally

Really good experience booking another Great Rail Journeys holiday. All my questions were answered and the customer service agent was so helpful. He even provided information that will be useful for another GRJ holiday we have already booked.

GRJ HAVE EXCELLED! What can I say? Water in the Rhine was so low that it could not be navigated. Was out river cruise changed to a bus tour? Come on, we were with Great Rail Journeys (yes they do river cruises as well), of course it wasn’t! With very short notice GRJ managed to change our cruise to one through Holland and Belgium. I cannot congratulate GRJ enough for the hard work done by all staff, both in the office at home and the tour managers and guides en route, which allowed us to have a very interesting and varied river cruise. I also have to mention the excellent staff of our river cruiser, the Amadeus Queen. This was our third holiday with Great Rail Journeys (one rail journey and two river cruises) and all being well will not be our last

Chris was very responsive and able to get me registered even though his return calls kept going to my VM which was my fault

I booked on line and found the process very simple and quick. Information was provided instantly and dates confirmed for follow up actions. So far I am very satisfied with the process and the information provided to date. The lead up to and my holiday in April will of course be the real test.

The person on the booking office was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Everything was wrong and the trip in Italy was a disaster I traveling my entire life all of the world I never had such bad experience!....... bad organization, low class stuffs...Probably the person organized this trip had no experience in a traveling ...no reservation in a train..no first class....several boats non stop.....walking 40 minutes from the train station to the hotel...it is inacceptable....only thing good Catherine the guide was wonderful!....if you would like keeping going your business....please change the way you conducted the trip in Italy.....Take her to the farm for mozzarella the food was not very good!....at the place taking the group in a classy restaurant!......I wish stay at my home at the place to had vacations like this!!!!!
