I ordered the Hairdryer, as it had good reviews. Unfortunately when it was delivered my dog bit cords into bits as it was dropped over the fence by Driver.
I was offered a half price replacement which I declined.Later, I was offered a complete new replacement for free. They were very polite and professional. No complaints, I'm very happy and love the product. Jenny Smith Australia

This company is a blatant scam .. I ordered a product from them today and immediately cancelled it when I read reviews on the product advising not to buy because of this cheap drop shipping product .. even after I emailed them immediately to cancel and return my money they sent an email saying it’s been sent ..which is obviously not true. The only reason they say that is because it is not advertised that if it is returned you only receive half the money back and have to pay expensive postage, obviously they are blatantly stealing from people and putting fake good reviews up and lying about the product and the 100% return that does not in realty exist. This is not a company in Australia it is some Chinese drop shipping company that is ripping off Australian consumers and needs to be stopped. Do not order anything from this company I have contacted my bank cancelled my card and the bank are doing an investigation. I will also be going to the police if my money is not refunded as requested very shortly after purchase. Please note there is no way to contact this sham set up, except by email which they totally ignore and they don't even care as they have already stolen your money. They need to be banned from advertising this fraud. It is disgraceful. Please beware and don't lose money like I have.

I was initially sent the wrong LED facemask.It was white and unbranded not the Lumawave (purple one)on the website.The company were actually great to deal with-kept in contact with me and eventually sent the right branded mask for free.I thought I had been scammed but no this company did care about their customers so stayed in contact and fixed the problem.Very happy with my new mask which is the same as the white generic mask so probably made in the same factory just unbranded-both safe to use.

The first hairdryer blew up when it was turned on, with flames coming from the nozzle. After several emails and two videos, Vaamy replaced the hair dryer, which works well. Through out the process, Vaamy staff were very polite, and I appreciated their manner in dealing with this issue.

I received my purchase - a hairdryer which had a overseas plug included in the package was a adapter to convert the dryer to Australian standards the connection is very tight & I didn’t want to force the plugs to connect in case I damaged them. I emailed Vaamy and straight away I received a email back asking for a photo so they could see what was wrong. Nothing I just had to push really hard to connect the plugs and everything was great.

The product is good so far. A little note on the box to explain that adapters for your country are sometimes hidden under the package lining would make it five stars. Customer support were prompt and very helpful.

Customer service is very fair if you’re not completely happy with your purchase. Just remember there’s real humans on the other end if you have a complaint, but you can always sort it out with a good customer service team.. 🙇‍♀️
