Very Efficient, thank you for your help Arpa Bhattacharya

Arpa Bhattacharya contacted me to inform that there was a problem with my base station. This was reset and the firmeware updated but there were still faults. Arpa Bhattacharya arranged for a replacent base unit to be sent. This did take some time but when it arrived he contacted me and completed the installation. A good job well done.

Received a new telephone which now works as required.

She patiently talked me through the set up in a way that I could follow.

I had a query and the very friendly and experienced young lady kindly phoned me back and explained very clearly the answer to my question.

Arpa Bhattacharya was so helpful and so professional. Dealt with the problem and kept me informed throughout the call.

Arpa was patient, knowledgeable and courteous throughout a difficult set up. He worked hard to guide me through the set up.

You can only judge a service when something goes wrong. In my case the first modem was faulty and I had to return to get assistance with voice mail
, concealing our number & overseas calls. However the good news is that each item was corrected in a very pleasant and efficient manner and I strongly recommend V4 as an alternative to BT who behaved very badly throughout the changeover.

With regards to the most recent call. I'd rate them 5 out of 5.

Reasoning for this, Kalib Tanvir helped me with what I needed & explained everything clearly with kindness & care to detail.

It has taken since 18th January until today 13th March for my landline and WiFi to be working together. Your representative has strived endlessly on my behalf to get this rectified. It has caused myself endless stress in this matter

Payal the lady at V4 was very polite and helpful she updated my equipment and explained everything very clearly. She later rang back to double check everything was ok.I was very pleased with her response .

I was struggling with communication with staff following my broadband loosing service due to a fault with the open reach line. After a week of no service and frustration I got senior staff member Arpa Bhattacharya from the first conversation he calmed me down. and assured me I would only deal with him till my problem solved within 24 hours he had sorted a solution and chased the issue which was then corrected i was even given a follow up call to ensure broadband was still working after a few days of being fixed. He is a very attentive professional member of v4 consumer.

Malik has been extremely helpful and professional throughout my dealings with V4. He organised the transfer of broadband and 2 mobile contracts very efficiently, saving me £40 a month in the process. I cannot speak highly enough of Malik. At every stage he delivered exactly what he promised.

Setting up a new router, all stages followed through to completion, including phone connection.

Malik was super helpful, polite, clear with instructions and patient. I am now the third member of my family that Malik has helped through this process and would highly recommend him.

Yer great ISH when your with them if you like the constant calls emails voicemails. Currently leaving mid "contact" which ends October want another months payment then can't work out what my end bill will be plus adding vat and you have to fork out own payment for return of their box they refuse to supply a retuns bag !!!! Very nasty people when you leave even got to the point where I am going to contact ofcom as they shouted I'm threating them with ofcom they basically try grab as much as they can out of you before you go so incompetent they can't even work out a final bill
