Inconsistent connectivity, consistent billing issues, and randomly blocked from account with no explanation and/or apology after reinstatement. It's like, a company run by children.

I been trying to renew my subscription all day & it keeps saying card declined regardless of using multiple cards. Bank verifies cards are good & apparently a problem with UZZU. Have had the service for over 5 years, but if they can't renew I guess I'm out. Their phones are even saying not available? Wtf???

I love UZZU its saved me money. paying for other streaming services to get my boyfriends sports he loves to watches expensive like Fuboand Hulu, that doesn't show everything. He gets his Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, Cincinnati Reds, MLS. I highly recommend UZZU.

I added UZZU to my affiliate marketing system and earned over $400. UZZU lets you advertise for them but they never pay out.

I needed to add uzzu to a new tv. They used to have their own app but now they recommended several othe IPTV apps. I decided to use the Smart One app and followedt heir installation instructions by emailing the information they needed to confgure the app for me. That was on January 15th and as of today February 9th nothing has happened. I am unable to use Uzzu on my tv despite my follow-up inquiries that have been ignored. I have used Uzzu for 5-6 years. It used to be great but has now gone downhill by their removal of many channels and the customer service that used to be very responsive is now non-existent. I will not renew my subscription and urge people to avoid the service.

For only $130/yr I can watch any sport game of any major American sport. You need a good internet connection or it may not work well though. I've had some streaming issues such as it cutting out from time to time, but overall I am satisfied.

We have had Uzzu for years with no problem at all. This year, in conjunction with ESPN being removed from so many providers the service had deteriorated to something almost unusable. Unless it improves I can’t justify renewing. I don’t know if they even care anymore. It’s a shame. They had the best service.

Buffering issues are terrible. Unable to watch games, such as the NCAA football semifinal on ESPN because it simply won't stream. Zero customer service. Can't cast it to my LG TV as the native app freezes. I got this app to watch Braves games but 2/3rd of the time it can't find the feed.

The streams are unstable, cutting out or stuttering, often right at the most exciting points of a game...

I know the price is attractive, but it is not worth the frustration of the stream going down while watching your favorite team. I will not be using this service next season.

DO NOT BUY THIS!! Worst service EVER. The system is in buffering mode at least half the time or cuts away to some screen saver or cuts to a different game. We miss the last plays of every big game. We have no other apps running and our internet service is good so this is an Uzzu issue not brought on by something else.

I have been using UZZU for several years with few problems. I recently updated my Firestick and followed the instructions to download via NUFU Pro. It doesn’t work! I contacted NUFU and they said I need to contact UZZU support but all of my emails come back as undeliverable. They have no support!

Roku said the channel was removed. Not working properly

Don't Do It ! Service is Pirated.. Always Loops...They switch Broadcast from Various networks.
I'm watching games and it's coming from Canada....Game 7 of Dodgers Game 9th Inning there Service Looped and Froze...I hope the FBI Investigates these P.O.S.

I have been using uzzu.tv for a few years and its always had some buffering issues but not that bad it mattered but in the last 6 months, I am getting a weird effect of the feed buzzing and cutting to a slow (half speed) voice and I have to restart the feed and then it does it again. I have sent several emails and NEVER hear back from their support group. I am looking for alternative streams now as this problem still persists. Watching the world series was a nightmare as it kept happening. No customer service to be had with this service.

I paid the annual premium $129 on 7/15/25. Then on 7/21/25 they withdrew another $129 from my same credit card. I have been emailing them about the overpayment but have received no response what so ever. I guess I’m going to contact the BBB to see if they can get me refunded for the overpayment.

Horrible experience. The last two weeks, I have been totally shut out from watching anything due to buffering issus with no replys from Customer Service after numerous attempts. My yearly subscription was paid for til April 2026 and I have missed my team 2 weeks in a row. Buyer beware. The customer service is nonexistent and I would be aware of purchasing this service given all these issues.

Had Uzzu last year on a different tv and used a VSP, had some issues but when sent in to cust service they would fix....I have it this year on a Fire TV with the Uzzu app and have had issues every Sunday this year watching NFL. Red Zone and NFL games will freeze then continue after 4-10 seconds periodically. Sometimes often sometimes not as often. Sometimes making it unwatchable. Send in to customer service, they seem to be unable to fix the issue. I would rather have spent the money for NFL ticket and NOT had these issues.

They have been decent for years. Recently they have not. They don't reply to support emails. So if you're watching a game that is glitching, you're on your own.

They have been pretty good up till today I have had very few issues with him have had them for over a year and a half I hope they fixed today's issue

What a SCAM !!! Service Out... No Correspondence.... Not Sure if it's a Legit Company.. Feeds Change from US Feed to Canada etc..... Slow Refresh Rate
