Raj helped me go through everything in a short period of time. My visa was sorted out in less than a week. Would recommend to anyone. Raj also very friendly, had a nice chat with him while going through the documents.

My visa was processed quickly and my passport returned straight after. Was far more efficient than doing it myself and nice knowing they could check through the forms for me.

Good service, but next time would be nice to ask me if I want express delivery or standard. Ended up paying 50 pounds more. Oh well.
Anyways I was happy with the process.

Good except for communication. Everything was sorted but Raj didn't reply to my emails which caused me a lot of stress and there was no way to know whether my passport had actually reached him.

Very clear and easy process. They got me the visa in good time. The only improvement would be a better idea of the time it would take in advance.

The visa process was fairly simple and although there was lots to include it wasn't any worse than I expected. The only thing the UVSUK could have done better in my opinion would be to provide a form to pay online by debit card/bank transfer because reading out bank details over the phone isn't always possible especially if during UVSUK's working hours you're also at work!

Unique Visa Services were incredibly reliable. They made the Visa Process very easy to understand and follow. Raj, the worker I was in touch with, clearly informed me about what I would have to send him (e.g passports and forms) as well as when I would receive these things back. Even though I made things difficult by leaving things a bit too long, the service was really fast and efficient and everything got done in time. The staff were also really helpful both by phone and email, and were incredibly understanding given I more or less had a panic attack down the phone. This was the first time I'd been through the visa process myself and it was really reassuring to have the extra help and to just have someone being so calm about giving it.

Very nice person. I live in Mcr so for me it was quite easy. He was really clear and nice with me, I gott the Visa fast and without any problems.

The application was made really easy by going through Unique Visa. As a French person applying for a Chinese visa, things were complicated due to the fact that I needed to be personally present at the embassy for them to approve. Raj asked me to come over to Manchester, advising me that this embassy would be more hassle free than the London one. I am grateful that I took him up on this as the whole process was rapid and I had my visa and passport delivered back to me in under a week.
