Good Customer Service.
They were very helpful with my many returns until I could find the right size in each item. Found I needed a bigger size in board shorts than in the jammerz due to the different type of material. Wish the board shorts hand zipper and snap vs. velcro and lace closure, but I still really like them. Haven't used any items yet, but am preparing for a trip to equator area where I will be in the water several times a day. I have always had a sun allergy and am so grateful to have found something to cover me and stop the sun rashes. Paying for my many returns was costly, but now I know what size I need in every item for future purchases.

Speedy service
Speedy service - no problems with the purchasing. Product has not been tried in the water yet (white shrug), but agree with previous reviews. I added closures of my own as it only has one near the neck edge, and I opened up the thumb seams a bit as the sleeves are rather short to pull over hands.

Purchased several items for my husband and I for protection on our Aruba trip. There are numerous styles and colors of products to choose from. Very happy with the fit and quality of materials. I did return a couple items as I didn't care for the style on me. I did repurchase a different style item which is great. Return was easy with the form included with the order. No free returns..
No free returns... I haven't had much opportunity to test the clothes out much because I got them at the end of this past summer (including clearance sale). So far, I like the colors/prints but can't speak on their wear. I will, however, say I'm disappointed they don't have free returns/exchanges. Wasn't aware of that before I made my purchase and that's risky with online buying. Spent $8.00 to mail back a clearance item for exchange so I essentially bought it for full price. Because of this, I highly doubt I'll continue shopping here.
