I’ve been working with UTM Consultants for a long time now, and over the years they have consistently made contracting as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

They take care of all the difficult and boring parts — contracts, payments, travel arrangements, logistics and everything in between — and everything is always clear, safe and well organised.

I’ve always felt properly looked after, and whenever there has been an emergency or something needing urgent attention, I’ve always felt like a genuine priority. That level of support makes a huge difference, especially when working away or moving between projects.

Sadly the Client was a bit of a nightmare but both Chris and Charlie were supportive and helpful throughout the process. I fully realise that the problems from the client where in no way related to UTM's service. Special mention to Chris who worked late into the night rearranging my travel after a flight cancelation.

UTM Consultants contacted me about a possible opportunity which at first, I was hesitant about due to past experience with other agencies who do not bother to get back to you after the initial call but due to the manner and professionalism of Francis Stinchcombe, I opted to follow this up and sent over my CV which he acknowledged shortly after sending.

About a week later, one of his colleagues Frank (surname unknown), contacted me to discuss this opportunity further as Francis was on leave, and Frank also took the time to talk about my availability for future roles but at the time, I was already committed to another project.

Francis contacted me again on his return to the office just to catch up and keep me updated on other future roles which I found encouraging and from that moment, it was evident that their commitment to professionalism and communication with potential candidates was unparalleled.
