This company must be a scam. I filled everything out and payed the $40 fee and never heard back from anyone or received a prescription. Then after checking my bank account, I saw I was actually charged the $40 fee twice. There is no way to contact them by phone, and through email it justs sends back a reply that email couldn't be sent. How terrible to scam someone when they are going through a rough time and need antibiotics. The cost of life is high enough without being scammed out of $80. Do not use this website, unless you want to give your money away to only then end up having to find a legit website to get antibiotics for treatment.

Oh my gosh what a convoluted process, cumbersome, nobody answers the phone, the "chat" person is a fake. DON"T use this service.

This service is worthless. I contacted the service for my wife’s painful UTI, and only after paying for the service I found out that the phone appointment was scheduled for THE NEXT DAY! And even then, the doctor didn’t call until nearly an hour after the scheduled time, and only minutes after I called the service center and cancelled and asked for a refund. He didn’t even know what he was calling my wife to diagnose. I took my wife to a local doctor to be treated properly. UTItreatment is unprofessional and unreliable.

I woke up at 4 am feeling uncomfortable and with the typical UTI pain. I recognize it easily because I had it before. It was very nice being able to get online and know that I could get treated without having to go to the doctor's office, which is quite difficult when you have 3 little ones at home. It was so convenient, easy, and fast.

Why does a UTI always happen on a Sunday evening? I've experienced many, many UTI's in my lifetime and I can't seem to find a doctor or clinic that is in any hurry to relieve my pain. We all know a UTI is not fun and that going to a doctor or urgent care and waiting for hours makes it even more horrible. I was looking for a program that worked for me. And I found one. The process was quick, easy, and professional. I spoke to a doctor who was very helpful. She wrote a prescription and now I am back on my way to being healthy. Thank you for finally making a program that fits the illness.

I had a UTI show up today while at work and am uninsured. I did not want to risk not being able to see my primary doctor Friday pushing an appointment to after hours or the weekend as my primary care clinic/doctor charges more to be seen during those times. I filled out the online questionnaire, received a timely phone call, reviewed my symptoms and history with the doctor, and had my antibiotics tonight to begin treatment.
