0 STARS. HANG UP WHEN THEY TRY TO ARRANGE A NEW UTILITY CONTRACT
0 stars. Pushy. Unprofessional. Sneaky tactics. Couldn’t get me a new supplier now I have calls from a debt collector who says I’m in breach of contract. I don’t have a contract with them. They couldn’t get one for me. I TOLD them I’d be surprised if the could swap me. They couldn’t.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
Now they make out they’ve tried to contact me. They said on Friday they’d CALL me Monday Did they? NO
They do what they do and put the legwork on you

Patience and understanding pays.
I have just signed my new Business electricity supply contract using Utility Bidder and with the assistance of their Senior Energy Advisor, Chun Hao Man.
It was not a straightforward process due to the fact I had a Variation agreement with National Grid, which had not been fully implemented.
Thanks to Chun's patience and tenacity it was possible to resolve the issue and obtain competitive terms for the new contract.
I have been through the process of supply renewal several times before but this is the first time I have been confident the the broker had a comprehensive understanding of the market and process.
The service I received was excellent and I am happy to fully recommend Utility Bidder.

Breach of contract - fine
I was called and they pushed to enter a contract. I was unaware but I was on an auto renew with my last company and could not end the contract so Utility bidder said I owe them a £750 fine as I was in breach of their contract. We are a small buisness and use around £300 PA for our electric, so I see this to be unfair.
This fine has since been reduced to £120 with VAT which is still a lot for a small buisness. We have been left in a possition that I have to pay. My advide is to check before you enter into a contract so you are not in the same situation.
