Such great customer service!! I ordered a bunch of chocolate for my partner’s birthday and only realised after placing an order that the heatwave might ruin it… They were apparently ahead of me and rang me the next day asking me which day would be best to ship as they didn’t want to risk it either. I don’t think I’ve ever had this sort of attention to detail from a retailer before and it was so wholesome. Package arrived promptly with no issues too!!! Will definitely be ordering again

Fantastic shop. I live in Bristol and have been in twice. Both times, different store assistants have been so friendly, personable and helpful. I am a big perfume fan, and they carry some really great niche fragrance houses, many of which are tricky to find in shops in the UK. So it's amazing to have a shop so locally to me that I can go and try scents. Plus they do stock samples of many of them which again is refreshing, as it means you can try at home. Lovely atmosphere in the store, beautifully laid out and wonderful array of goodies. Somewhere I am delighted to spend my money!

Ordered two pairs of socks and paid for guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm - that was Friday it’s now Monday and no socks but had a message saying they’ve been delivered - no they haven’t - still waiting and no answer to several emails chasing !! First time using these people - won’t be doing again

I ordered some Studio Arhoj items for Christmas presents. I was a bit worried about how they’d fair up being posted (ceramic and glass) but I needn’t have worry. They were so well wrapped up, it was like Fort Knox😁

Ordered cards on Sunday. They arrived on Wednesday. Cards are original, good quality and were beautifully wrapped & packed in protective box. Very pleased with both the cards and the quick service. Highly recommended.
