Fast revisions, but initial translation had serious errors
The customer service was responsive, and they completed revisions quickly. When I first pointed out an incorrect unit, they corrected it within about an hour, which I appreciated.
However, after that revision, it became clear that the document had not been fully proofread again. I later found multiple additional issues, including missing address information, an incorrect birth year, typos, and omitted content. For a certified translation, especially one intended for official use, I expected stronger quality control before delivery.
The third version was completed within 2–3 hours and the team was willing to fix the problems, but I had to spend more time reviewing and identifying errors than I should have. Overall, the service was fast and responsive, but the initial translation accuracy and proofreading process need improvement.

I would not recommend this translation…
I would not recommend this translation company. I requested a certified translation from English to Spanish, but the certification itself was issued in English, which did not make sense for my needs.
They also treated the documents as separate items and charged me for two separate certifications, when they could have prepared one translation package with one certification and one notarization, which would have provided the same legal value at a lower cost. When I requested that the certification be switched to Spanish, they wanted to charge me again instead of correcting the issue.
The service is very expensive, the pricing/process was not clearly explained, and the customer service was disappointing. I would not use them again.

For context, your order was completed in accordance with the certified translation and notarization service purchased through our website. The documents were translated from English into Spanish, certified, and notarized as requested. Drafts were also provided for review before finalization, and we proceeded after receiving your approval.
After delivery, you requested that the certificates of accuracy be provided in Spanish or bilingual format. This was not part of the original order submitted, and because the documents had already been notarized, they could not be altered without being notarized again. However, we did try to accommodate your request by offering to prepare the Spanish certificates at no additional charge, with only the required re-notarization fee applying.
Regarding the notarization charges, your order included two separate document sets, and each certified translation required its own notarization. This was explained before the project proceeded.
We regret that the outcome did not meet your expectations, but we believe the service was completed as ordered and in accordance with the service offered on our website.
