These leads are beyond HORRIBLE. I can't believe I paid 349 a month for GARBAGE. I cannot wait to be done with this 6 month waste of my time. My latest lead is from "Chicken Soup" with a fake email of Hhdgjbffujgmail.com. Do not under any circumstances give these people your Money.

US HUD had my account setup and I started getting leads in less than an hour. The pricing seems affordable and will update this review once I've had some time to experience the quality of the leads.

These are suppose to be verified leads. The quality of the leads so far leaves a lot to be desired. I guess once they have the upfront money they are happy to leave Realtors hanging. I expect a big improvement in the quality
