Very happy with out loft boarding. Andy's team managed 2 lofts (one large, one small) with hatches, ladders and shelving in one (long) day.
We've made good use of them both already and are very happy.
The team were good to have around and managed to keep the disruption and noise to an acceptable level.
Would recommend.

Highly recommend Use Your Loft space! We were initially looking to have new insulation added to the loft along with boarding a section to use as storage. Andy came over and had a look at the loft and took the time to find out about our plans for the loft space in the future to allow for a bespoke solution. He explained what type of insulation would be needed and recommended we look at including a raised platform to ensure enough space between new insulation and boarding. On the day of insulation the team came promptly at 8am as discussed and cleared the loft of exiting makeshift boards that were left by previous owner, they installed the insulation and raised platform and even helped insulate existing loft hatch (again remnants of previous owner who had started to convert the loft and gave up midway) which had a number of gaps that let the heat escape/cold air through. The team were extremely polite, knowledgeable and more importantly, tidied up after themselves. All in all very happy with the job!

Had a loft ladder, insulation and boarding installed. Andy came around and gave me various options and a very competitive quote. The work was carried out on time and everyone involved was friendly and efficient. They were very careful and took all waste away with them. Very pleased with the work carried out and would highly recommend Use Your Loft Space.

Replacement of loft insulation + fitting of loft hatch.

Competitive quote. The work was carried out on time and to a high standard.

Thank you.

Guys came in and did the work, quick and efficient and the final product looks great. Would recommend for loft work

Good communication, work carried out to a good standard and house left very clean and tidy!

Very friendly and professional service from the quote to the actual fitting. Great service from Jason. Happy to recommend

Andy came round to view and provide a quote. He was prompt and very friendly. Was very happy with the quote and proceeded. His team turned up on the day booked, they were friendly and very efficient. Insulated, Boarded & added shelves to the loft, created a bigger hatch and installed the ladder. Great quality of work and they cleaned and hoovered after making it as if they hadn't even been there. 100% recommend to anyone needing Loft work carried out.

They were prompt, courteous and helpful.
The work was well done

They did a great job very quick and efficient and left everything clean and tidy

Very easy to sort out, contact was quick and process was clear from start, everything was on email no hidden charges. Pricing was good and the team was friendly. Loft space is great and all mess was cleaned as they went along. Great job..

The men who installed the loft insulation were very careful and knowledgeable. They were also most polite and helpful, and it did not matter in the end that they arrived a little earlier than expected. Thank you!

Fabulous job done by Use Your Loft Space team.
Andy did a great job of listening and planning the job, taking into account our suggestions.
Really efficient and careful removal of rubbish despite volume.
Flooring and insulation installed without fuss and lighting, shelves, hatch and ladder fitted to spec and neatly.
Would recommend to anyone.

We were very happy with Use Your Loft Space, who we used for loft insulation. Andy was clear in his quote, committed to the date agreed and his team were polite, friendly and explained everything they had done before leaving, taking all waste with them.

Loft space did a great job doing the insulation and boarding of our loft.
When they finished they left the loft and landing very tidy and clean.
Very professional team.

This is how businesses should be! Andy assessed the work , giving clear, sensible options for loft insulation, floorboards, shelving and a hatch ladder- and no hard sell spiel. The fitters arrived on time, completed the work perfectly within a few hours, with the minimum of fuss and no mess. I will happily recommend UYLS on to friends and neighbours.

Very good service from start to finish. Arrived on time for the survey, and the day of the works. The two tradesmen who carried out the works were professional and clean and tidy.
