I love UserCrowd so far it has been a big help. My job cut my hours recently and luckily surveys have been helping me a little with my bills. You do have to be fast though because the surveys go fast on this platform. I do wish I could get more but I am very happy with the amount that have been getting sent to me. I don't always get to them in time because I have been doing other stuff to make money also. But definitely check out UserCrowd if you need a few bucks. Its not going to pay all your bills but its a few bucks a week and I get bonuses.

My experience has been great with User Crowd. This platform is easy to navigate. You're able to do as many or little surveys as you would like, you just have to qualify and be quick, because surveys are on a first come first serve basis. You won't become rich or anything but every little bit definitely helps.

great way to make side cash and its very easy and the amounts are the best even if you dont qualify, you still get something for attempting, which I love. Havent been with this survey company long, since March, and been paid 4 times so far but have proven to be legit and trustworthy to continue with, Takes little bit to get paid but thats ok. Gives me enough time to build up more and cash that out within a week or so.

The tests themselves are usually quick and simple, and I think compensating the user $0.10 for tests we're screened out from is a great incentive. Unfortunately, the tests tend to be very few and far between (I've been on the platform for 3.5 years and it hasn't gotten any better), and the wait time for payouts has increased drastically over that time. After submitting a qualifying payout request, I used to wait only a couple of days (sometimes it was the same day), whereas at the time of writing this review, I've been waiting 13 days (and counting) for a payout. They've always used the disclaimer that it could take up to 30 days, but the wait times never used to be anywhere near as long. That being said, I'd still recommend them.

Awful experience they held my ID information after verifying without consent they also never paid out the money ($31) which I earned please stay away from this website at all costs.

UserCrowd has very beneficial rewards for doing the surveys that not only helps businesses and other platforms, but lets a person learn valuable things about society and different viewpoints, the questions are not run of the mill but interesting to help shape the world. Very good experience!

This is the easiest marketing, survey, app/website I have found. The projects are interesting. Pay is fair and quick.

Amazing customer service. The AI agent as a first line of contact was surprisingly good at its answers, it helped me without need of further assistance at first, and the response was instantaneous. Later I had to come back to let it know I fixed the issue on my account and needed them to resend the money and a real person quickly responded with a very good and caring kind of service.

UserCrowd suspended my husband’s account right when we started earning well, then demanded additional personal details I’d never been asked for before. Based on how and when they asked, the request felt invasive and unprofessional, and I personally believe it crossed into racial profiling. This experience left us feeling exploited as well unscrupulously used rather than valued as a tester, and I can’t recommend their platform or their support practices.
