I received the lens with wrong prescription (human error on their side). They are a small company and it takes quite a while to response to email. But eventually, they remade the perfect lens for me and sent to my address outside of the USA. I ordered prescription wraparound polycarbonate lens +Transition XtrActive + Super Antireflective (resists oils, smudges). The lens seem to resists water as well (compare with super cheap lens from other places). If you are hurry to get the lens for your holiday, you'd better look somewhere else.

I am very happy with my new frames. I had new prescription lenses installed into a vintage pair of curved frames. The team got the lenses pretty flush, even with an astigmatism, which translates in my prescription that one lens be thicker and more curved than the other. I’m very happy and appreciative of their customer service.

Absolutely NO customer service.
I paid for express overnight shipping. It has been 4 days and I still have not received my lenses. I have called multiple times and emailed. They absolutely do not respond. I am giving them until tomorrow afternoon. If I get no response, I will report this as fraudulent to my credit card. I think this might be a scam of a company. If not, their customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

Update: Seller got back to me and sent out some new lenses with revised prescription.

Sure you get a good price for your prescription BUT if anything goes wrong, you get ZERO support. No response to emails whatsoever. Might be better to pay a bit more to the other bigger vendors; if anything goes wrong, at least, they will back up their products.

Absolutely first rate service and a price which was literally 1/3 of the price I paid for my spectacles at a local optometrist. The local optometrist charged me over $200 for my lenses and frame, the exact same lenses with a superior anti-reflective coating and a nicer frame cost me $80. Highly recommended

You pay them in advance And they never respond to any emails, no matter how many times you contact them. It has been two weeks and I still don't have my order. I will wait one more week and then report it as fraud to my credit card company.

This company dies amazing work cutting prescription lenses of all kinds for good good prices. Customer service is personal & always helpful. Forget your go optic and other e commerce eyeglasses. You will love what you get from Usemyframes.com

I sent my frames to them and what I received back, did not fit the frames properly. I sent them back a second time and what I received still did not fit properly. Buyer beware if you want some thing of quality don’t use this company.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Sent a rather expensive set of demo frames in to be fitted with Rx lenses. They were received by the company on Monday and done on Thursday. Prescription is correct and workmanship is excellent.

I stopped at the actual store to pick them up because it was only an hour drive or so. And the owner was super friendly. Everything is done right on site for much less than other replacement lens sites. Will be sending a few more frames to them in the new year to be done. Highly recommend!
