AMAZING Customer Service
Customer service here is what made me come back and give better 4 star review. I saw many good reviews, and I got a therapist the 1st time that was unresponsive started feb 25th, I kept trying to reach out and got nothing back other than "we will be in touch in few days". That went on for 2.5weeks.
I then reached out to customer service, and they were able to help get me a new therapist and I was able to get approved after a session that went very well.
Thank you again to customer service for helping when it was needed.

It's so incredibly easy and helpful to have decided to enrollmy pup. People were helpful and incredibly quick to send me his vest with his own identity card.
A quick phone call with follow-up in an email and before I knew it, my dogs vest etc. arrived. Cusotmer service on the phones were great.

This is my second time around with your…
This is my second time around with your service and I have been very satisfied and only one issue. I ordered the wrong size service dog for this so hopefully I can donate it to someone that can use it. Otherwise everything has gone well. I have yet to make a trip to see if I have any problems but so far none going into restaurants and stores.
