Well I have some bad news
Well I have some bad news, I contacted the airline because am travelling with my small dog and they told me that they no longer honour emotional support dog to fly on plane for free it has to be a service trained dog so the $160 I spent is of no value to me after the information I received from the airline no fault of yours but that’s where am at with this situation. I thought getting a emotional support dog vest and card I would be able to travel with not having to pay for my pet but it looks like I will have to moving forward till I can get my dog service animal certified.

Speedy customer service
Applying for either service dog or ES was extremely easy. My one problem was with vest size, I needed one size larger. I used the virtual chat and received the new vest in less than a week! EXCELLENT customer service... returned in the smaller one and there was no charge. Great work you guys!

The service was helpful but unfortunately a lot of place for housing or apartments do not accept the information. We're still using it and extra papworks from doctors to show proof.

Hi MIchael, We are truly sorry and as stipulated on the website, Emotional Support Dogs do not need to be trained for anything specific (although they are expected to be well-behaved). We advise you to obtain and carry a letter from a therapist or physician regarding your need for an emotional support dog because places you maybe moving to may ask to see that in addition to any registration documents. For privacy reasons we do not ask you to send us this letter. If you do not have a local therapist who can issue you this letter, we do work with several therapists who can evaluate you by phone and issue you an ESA letter if deemed appropriate. The cost for this service is currently $149 and we can usually schedule the ESA consultation for the next business day (though not guaranteed).
