Bait & Switch on Product & then no next day shipping I paid for.

This place called me and wanted to substitute another product for the one they advertised which I purchased and paid for through their website selecting next day shipping at checkout. I said okay. Then they emailed and said they had to charge me more for the shipping even though I had already paid online and selected next day shipping. Then, a week later, no shipment. When I emailed a week later, they finally provided a tracking number which was shipped standard ground.

This place stinks. I will never order anything from them again! Ugh!

These people are 100% dishonest and intentionally deceitful. Do not buy anything from them. I attempted to buy a cash register. They only wrote at the very end of the page that it was a refurbished item, as an asterisk to the main promotional blurb. Then, they do not provide information on shipping costs unless you click "apply" to the form of shipping selected, even though the form of shipping selected seems to be free, while other forms are not. You only find out that in fact the selected form of shipping was not free, but was very expensive. I immediately tried to cancel the purchase. They said they did, but never sent a confirmation, then charged the full amount. Then, they sent me the item, which was missing the key to the cash register. They denied that the item was defective even though the absence of the key means the item should not have been sold in the first place. They refused the to refund my purchase without having to pay a restocking fee of 25% + shipping costs.

Should be a Zero

Should be a Zero - This company sent a defective Refurbished Fax Machine. We reported it to them immediately. They refused to accept return and would not offer any solution in fact will not respond to calls or emails. They should be in jail not in business

False advertising!

Last week I ordered two boxes of pens that were listed on their website as in stock. When I placed my order I wrote in my instructions: Do not back order. After waiting two businesses for my order to ship, I called them. I was told it would be shipped the next business day. It didn’t, so I called them again and was told my order was back ordered, contrary to my instructions! The product, moreover, is still described as in stock on the website! False advertising! A scam! And they still haven’t or won’t cancel my order, as I requested!

Order Cancelled without Notice

Ordered an office desk. Tracking information was never updated. Called to ask about tracking information and was told it would ship a week from the day I called. Tracking information on website was never updated and had still not arrived two weeks after it was supposedly shipped. Called a second time and they told us our order had been cancelled due to the desk being on back order with no time of arrival date. They did not inform us of this until I called and both times the person who answered the call had an accent that was difficult to understand.

BUYER BEWARE AND LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS

I placed an order for 2 catalog racks from this place (Sept. 2025). The site states they usually ship within hours/24-hrs. Two days went by, so I inquired about shipment status via their customer service text 201-588-5021. I got an immediately reply confirming that unfortunately, due to the tariffs, shipment won't go out until Dec, 2025. I stated that unfortunately, that's too late to wait, and I'd need to cancel the order. *No reply. I called a couple hours later and after being on hold for 10 mins, decided to follow up via text. The person replied angrily via CAPS stating their lines are open and order had been canceled. So I politely replied confirming I was on hold and that I inquired via their EMAIL. They angrily replied back to my text starting it's canceled. Again, refuse to provide an adequate written proof that order had been canceled. Stay away from this place and avoid at all costs. I wish I could provide the screenshots to show you the nasty level of customer service.

Half of the order not sent

I ordered 6 boxes of file labels, and only received 3 boxes. I emailed a week later and was told I would receive the next 3 in 3 weeks. 3 months later, they have not arrived. I have requested a refund several times, and, in requesting additional information, they are now saying that everything was shipped in the original order. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau. Do not order from this company.

USA Office Purchase

I first purchased an Epson Photo Black Ink cartridge 157 on April 28th, 2025. After tracking the package for some time I contacted USA Office Machines on May 13th, 2025 and was told the package shipped. That was all the text said. “Shipped”. I sent back a screen shot of the tracking number to show that it hadn’t shipped yet. That it was “awaiting item”. After no response I sent, “Will I receive confirmation of USA sending another cartridge as I was told today via telephone?
Order USA-24223”
The response was “It will show movement within 24hrs”
On May 15th, 2025 I texted back, “I don't see any movement for tracking number”.
Response was, “it has left us I can assure you --we have to wait for the USPS to update”.
Finally after playing these games for a few weeks I decided to dispute the credit card charge with the credit card company. I filed a claim on May 16th, 2025.
On June 2nd, 2025, I received a package in my mailbox over one month after making the purchase. But it wasn’t an Epson Photo Black Ink cartridge that was clearly shown on the USA Office Machine web site. It was an after market black ink cartridge that I could have bought on Amazon for $37 and had it in a few days. One which I did not want. I shopped around looking for an original Epson cartridge and that’s why I was willing to pay $56.39 for it.
So I contacted USA Office and after telling them I didn’t want the ink cartridge they sent I was told they would email me a shipping label. Instead I received the following email.

Below you will see your return authorization #. Please be sure to enclose this email in the box with your return. Please reply via email with return tracking information to inform us of the tracking #.
Returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA. Returns can be subject to a 25% restocking fee ( this is by a case by case basis ) . Please be sure to return the item in its original packaging and be sure to include all accessories. If you are refusing any technical support or exchanges a restocking fee will apply.
Be advised the customer is liable for the return shipping fees which are non-refundable by Ace Companies. You may return using UPS, FedEx or the USPS and be sure to inform us the return tracking # for our records. If any damages occur while the package is en route to us, you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and following up with them directly.
Upon receipt of merchandise, we require up to 7 business days to process and inspect your return with an additional 7-14 days to process a

So I called back and asked, “didn’t you tell me that you were going to email me a shipping label?” And of course the answer was no. They want me to pay for shipping and they want to deduct 25% for an item they shipped out a month later which was t even the item I paid for.

I ordered 2 calculators

I ordered 2 calculators, only received one. Called and let them know I only received one of the two items. They said they would get it sent out. I sent numerous emails and each time was told an ETA date. Never received second item. Don't order from them. If you do you'll be scammed!

Do Not Purchase from USA Office…

Do Not Purchase from USA Office Machines.
I regret my purchase and have learned that calling them is a waste of time. I purchased a new Epson scanner from them on 5/11/2025. Instead on 5/27/2025, I received a used scanner which had missing accessories and software. USA Office Machines never sent the missing accessories and software or made a refund to cover the cost of their replacement. The saga lasted from 5/11/2025 to 7/23/2025 when the accounts team stopped replying to my voicemail, email and text messages. USA Office Machines sent used equipment instead of new. They failed to send me needed accessories and software and failed to provide a partial refund to pay for the separate acquisition of these accessories. All the while, they claimed to be in the process of refunding my credit card, sending me a refund check and sending me the missing accessories. Nothing was ever received except for the used scanner. Do not deal with this company.

Bought a refurbished Casio in January…

Bought a refurbished Casio in January 2025 and they sent a machine did not even work. I sent it back and requested a refund. They said will sent a refund check. I messaged them several times and they said it was on the way. Now it is in July and still have not seen anything. This company is a scam and please people don’t risk it. You Will lose your hard earned money.

Stay away from these scam artists

Stay away from these scam artists! I had to go to my credit card company because they refused to refund after not shipping product. The created a USPS shipping label and USPS never received the package. A month in the waiting and four phone calls later, and nothing. A score of F- for this sham company.

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The customer service rep was rude and only wanted to get me off the phone without doing his job. I got an email confirmation without an order number since they apparently have things on the website that are not in stock and they do not remove the out of stock items. The rude rep told me that he could not look up my order without and order number but I insisted that he look it up by my ship address he told me that is was my fault that he could not find the order since the ship and bill names were different. It was too hard for him to try to find the order since they did not email me the order number. After all this the order was canceled since there was no inventory but they keep items on their site that are not in stock. I hope that this is his company because if he worked for me today would be his last day.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering with this company. Fortunately my order was small so I'm not out much. Never received the product and have had no response to my emails! Like everyone else said this site is a scam and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Its a scam

Its a scam. Don't order. Once I said they need to refund my order that never came in from 5 months ago they started threatening me. $2100 down the drain. If you need proof of their craziness, I will gladly send. Their AI system said recording was in session. When I let SAM know that I was recording the conversation as well...all I heard was "I don't Consent" over and over. That was his response after I have been trying for 4 months to figure out where my purchase was.
As soon as you tell them that you might need to get your CC company involved to resolve the issue they say they will not help you.

I purchased a HP LaserJet printer from…

I purchased a HP LaserJet printer from USA Office Machines. Their website showed a photo of a new printer, however when I spoke to a representative I was told the printer was fully refurbished and came with a one-year warranty. I received the printer in a make-shift box, it was filthy, did not function properly, and had missing parts. The printer was misrepresented both on their website and by the representative.
The printer was filthy with food crumbs, coffee stains, dirt, grim, toner smudges and toner dust. The right side panel was ajar because it was not reassembled properly. There were missing parts, no paper tray, no catch paper flap, no USB cable, no software & documentation, which was said to be included.
After having to clean the printer, I ran a test page only to find it did not print properly. The prints were faint with ghosted type and images.
I contacted USA Office Machines and told them I was displeased with printer and that I should not have to pay a 20% restocking fee since the printer was not as described.
I received an email saying they would give me an exchange, but I would first have to send them photos.
I did not want an exchange, I had lost all faith in USA Office Machines and I should not have to accept an exchange when they should have delivered fully refurbished printer.
I requested they pick up their printer and issue a refund. They refused and I am now having to depute the purchase with my credit card company.
I emailed them saying I would be disputing the charge. I received a scare tactic email stating that they win 98% of all disputes. This behavior makes me think they have had lots of disputes from dissatisfied customers, and ripping people off is how they conduct business.

NO TRACKING INFO GIVEN AT TIME OF ORDER OR EVEN AFTER REQUESTED…

I ORDERED A PRODUCT AND NO TRACKING INFO WAS GIVEN AFTER PURCHASE WAS COMPLETED. NO RESPONSE FROM THE EMAILS AND COULD NOT REACH ANYONE ON THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN.
WHEN I FINALLY REACHED SOMEONE THEY DENIED IGNORING ALL COMMUNICATIONS. FINALLY HAD A RESPONSE WITH AN ETA DATE THAT CAME AND WENT AND STILL NO PRODUCT! FINALLY GOT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE AND HE SAID HE WOULD SEND UPS TRACKING IMMEDIATELY WHICH DID NOT COME. CALLED AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING AND GIVEN THE RUN AROUND AGAIN! HE SAID THEY WOULD GET IT TO ME BY THE END OF THE DAY. I ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND HE STARTED SCRAMBLING TO FIND SOMETHING(TRUE OR UNTRUE). CAME BACK AND SAID WOULD CALL ME WITHIN AN HOUR. THEN I RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING! GUESS WHAT IT SAID? HAD ONLY BEEN SHIPPED ON THE EVENING BEFORE!! NOW, WE'LL SEE WHAT ARRIVES. I AM VERY CERTAIN THAT THIS WILL NOT BE THE RIGHT OR WORKING PRODUCT THAT I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT ONLY LIED I FEEL THEY ARE DISHONEST ALSO! I LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON AND WILL ALWAYS CHECK WITH THE BBB BEFORE ORDERING FROM A SITE LIKE THIS!
