Worst place to shop. Don't buy Tommy at least not through their online store. Made an order only to have it arrive missing items, their response was that they ran out and would refund me the money for that item (never mind that it was a Christmas present).

Fine, no worries plenty of time to buy something else. They gave me a code for 50% off as "appeasement" as they call it. So I make a new order and even pay extra for overnight delivery since Christmas is around the corner. Arrival date is Dec 23rd. Today is Dec 26th and I still don't have my order.

You can depend on Tommy to ruin Christmas that is for sure. Will not shop there again. Not sure customer service should be using the word "appeasement" at all either.

Worst customer service ever. I lost my package with five items and contacted Tommy customer service several times, but no one helps—they just keep repeating the same words.

I purchased items for my son in store in the USA and returned to South Africa. The shirts didn't fit and I was not able to ex hange as I had already left the country. Not only did the company ship and replace the items to me, they also sent additional sizes, just in case! I also offered to send back the items that didn't fit, but they requested that I gift it instead. The customer service was absolutely incredible and they went WAY beyond my expectations. Highly impressive. I will definitely be shopping there in the future.

I ordered a jacket on a Friday and paid extra for overnight shipping. I do understand that it’ll mean delivery on Tuesday since they count business days. On Tuesday I get a notification stating that something had gone wrong with the shipment and it would be delivered on Wednesday instead. I then contacted Tommy wanting them to solve it. I also have to ad that I was staying in US until Wednesday and was then leaving for Sweden.

I talked to Mohammad and got ZERO help. The company didn’t care and didn’t want to help solving the issue.

Then I called UPS and they said Tommy could just cancel the shipment.

I then talked to Tyshema at Tommy and after standing my guard several times she finally said a supervisor would contact me with a solution.

Nobody have contacted me.
The shipment was delivered to the address but on Wednesday. I’m currently in Sweden.

I would not recommend shopping from this company. Horrible service!!

Was apprehensive because of reviews but the top arrived within 2 days of ordering, a day before scheduled, and son very happy with product!

Had a new gold tone watch a year ago for a gift. It has tarnished terrible . Awful never buying from them again!!

Tommy Hilfiger's USA online ordering and fulfilment service is not fit for purpose. The online shop is unable to process orders quickly and accurately enough, resulting is shipping times way beyond what is quoted. They clearly don’t care that they state delivery times they cannot fulfil.

The ‘customer service’ is appalling, with agents unable to resolve issues or offer compensation for problems they've created - an absolute disgrace for a global brand!

The entire experience is shambolic, the Chief Operating Officer should be fired, replaced by someone who’s able to improve things.

Most disappointing about this, judging from all the other comments, is that Tommy Hilfiger online just does NOT care.

Made 2 orders on usa.tommy.com Received my order on time but: 1. Rain Boots I ordered are very poor quality, broke before I tried them out, they are glued, not sewn. 2. Ordered 2 watches - again, watch made of very poor quality materials, look like a cheap copy that you can buy on Ali Express. I have with what to compare. The worst is man’s watch - the strap is so small, that would barely fit a teenager, not an average body type man, probably it could fit well a 12 years old boy.
The thing is that I am talking several days already with the support team and they can’t solve the problem. Same As I read in the other review, they answer very slow, my claims and my complaints are ignored, don’t care at all about the customer. Sent an email 3 days ago, no answer yet. Lately, the quality is very poor. The colour for the jeans bought a year ago washes out each time I wash them. I will never order again from them!!!! Be careful, in case of any problem, they will ignore you. I hope they will see this review and will solve my problem. I will come back with an update if so.
