I purchased the Voronoi I lightbulb and it's beautiful, I love it. Shipping was fast and the items arrived packed well. The 4 stars is because I also took a chance and ordered a G9 bulb to replace a halogen one that had gone out in my dining room chandelier. I read the description and features very carefully and looked at the photos because I'm very picky about my LED lightbulbs, and unfortunately the light is significantly whiter than described and shown in the photos. Returning it would've cost the same as the refund so I'm mostly just bummed because I really wanted it to work.

Really lovely lamp! Everything shipped super quickly and was packaged safely! Plus I love how the lamp can dim and vary in warmth. Plus, the base is super versatile with different bulbs or for desk or sconce use!

The lights are beautiful. Love the dimming feature. They were so easy to put together and to hang. They were also packaged really well and in entirely recyclable and reusable packaging—yay! Only reason for four stars instead of five is that there is small dark mark (roughly 1/3rd of an inch long) on one of the lightbulbs. We’ve been unable to get the dark mark off the bulb no matter what we try. Maybe a flaw in manufacturing? Not bad enough to return. Just a bummer to have a new lamp slightly damaged from the start. The cord doesn’t hang straight down as expected but we’re hoping that will change given time in their new position on the walls.

The purchase experience was fast and simple. Shipping was faster than expected since it comes from the UK. The best part is the product. We love our lamps!

I was sent the wrong item. Customer service will not send me what I ordered nor a way to return the wrong item.

I ordered bulbs from Tala in August. Its now March, they never arrived and have not received communications from Tala nor have I received a refund. This is the second time I've placed an order with the US branch of the company and had to chase down the order. Poor experience!

Shipping was fast and thankfully came from Alabama for US customers. So appreciate Tala’s environmentally conscious approach— the use of easy to recycle materials, right to repair, and high quality construction. All of this is made even better by the fact that our light fixture is beautiful with a delightful dimming capability. As a renter, I especially love the Plug-In Pendant because I can improve whatever space I am in (and then take it with me!)

Great design, quality and the color of the light - just perfect

GORGEOUS lights! I had several questions about the temperature and lumens of these bulbs and Tala was able to answer them all. They arrived quickly and are soooo beautiful - I absolutely love them!

the lantern i received arrived inoperable. additionally, the time it’s taken to receive a shipping label (several days, and still waiting) is disappointing. i am fine accepting a replacement, assuming it would be a working model, but i had ordered the lantern for a specific event(s) in my home, and still don’t have a working lantern. i think i should have been offered an overnighted new lantern while i send back my current item.

The concept of the product is great but there are certain structural/design issues (ie dimmer hanging 5 feet off the ground because it's in the middle of the cord) that make the product challenging to use in practice

I bought two sphere bulbs for around $60. They were the warm to bright bulbs and one stopped getting bright so they were two different color temperatures most of the time so I had to take them down. I didn't want to buy another one for $30 and have another one fail so I just switched them out. Pretty disappointing and a waste of money. I reached out to Tala and got zero response meaning they didnt respond at all. Waste of money.
