the product was in hot mail box without notification
product was left in hot mail box by usps for days. Before it said it will deliver by ups. But the company changed and never notify the buyer when it is shipped. The product is not lived any more , please refund

I’m really sorry for the frustration here, and I appreciate you letting us know.
A quick clarification on the product: our H. pylori formula uses Pylopass™ (Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17648) in a non-live, postbiotic form. That means it’s not a living strain and is shelf-stable, so a period in a warm mailbox should not affect its intended function.
On the shipping side, we do use UPS, USPS, or other carriers depending on the route and service level available at the time. I apologize that the carrier change wasn’t clear. This isn’t the experience we want for you.

Backordered products not refunded
I cancelled backordered products and never received a refund. I’ve contacted customers service 3-4 times and they keep saying it will be put through. It’s been 2 months.

High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid
This is my go to company for high molecular weight hyaluronic acid. Others either don't know or don't care to share the molecular weight of their product. I've been buying from SuperSmart USA for a long time and they offer consistent quality. A good company to work with as long as you can handle slightly longer shipping times.
