Olive Union support not responding
I bought a pair of Olive Max hearing aids, with the promise of 30-day return. On Bluetooth phone calls, the other person reported my voice was mushy and distorted, plus other problems, and I was very disappointed that they had shut off their customer service phone line and promising a ridiculous 72-hour response to emails. I decided to return them. I received a response with a link to a form to fill out, and they would then send RMA instructions. I filled out the form. Since then - nothing. I have sent 2 more emails to the support email address, my 30 days are gone, and Olive Union is acting very much like a company going out of business.
