Professionnal - Follow up - perfect design
Here are my personal experience with Dazia beside the other feedback mail with them that I keep for myself.
Yesterday, I received the Vermeil Majestic Phoenix pendant. The packaging was excellent, well-protected, and it arrived in perfect condition. Furthermore, the package arrived as scheduled on the date indicated in their email of July 27th (expected arrival between August 3rd and 11th). It arrived on August 10th. I see your company's professionalism in respecting delivery dates, which inspires me to make further purchases in the future.
The presentation of the pendant in its box demonstrates your commitment to your customers. But the jewelry inside was sublime. Even more beautiful than the photos you sent me that confirm. I'm sure that my sweetheart will adore the pendant, just like the Phoenix Flame ring I gave her.
