Come sia possibile spendere 80 euro di ordine e non ricevere nemmeno un campione omaggio

Ordered my friend a birthday present with next day delivery on Monday, it’s sunday and only one of my items arrived but not the birthday present (her birthday was yesterday).

No notification that the product wasn’t coming or when it will be here. No reply from customer service but I’ve been charged for all the items.

I love thier products but my God their delivery/despatch service is appalling! I ran out of shampoo and thought oh look they’re offering DPD next day service perfect I’ll purchase it directly from them and save my self a journey to my salon! Wow I wish I had never even bothered. A week later and now apparently my items have been despatched but I still have not received anything even after they offer Next Day deliveries! I’m still waiting for a response from the customer service team and I’m still waiting for my items. I wish I had just driving the half hour journey to my salon and just got my items. Lord knows when they will turn up! Guys just save yourself the hassle and buy else where. Davines sort out service and STOP offering DPD Next day delivery if your not going to deliver next day. I don’t know if this is because I’m based in the UK but regardless their site should be set up correctly.

Ho conosciuto Davines grazie al mio parrucchiere. Ho trovato la linea di prodotto adatto al mio tipo di capello e anche alcuni prodotti per i miei figli.
Mi piace anche come si presentano e il rispetto che hanno per la natura. Ho fatto anche un ordine online dal sito ed è arrivato in breve tempo con dei campioncini omaggio e soprattutto una velina con dentro dei semini da piantare ❤️.

Love the hairspray, shampoo & conditioner.

They take forever to get back to customers and never even try to apologize for anything even after you wait a week for a response. They take a week plus to ship your products out and don’t really seem to care if you remain their customer. At this point I’m thinking of bringing my business else where as they don’t value their customers at all. The shipping wait has happened multiple times as has the long wait for a response and they legit never even try to apologize it’s more of a what do you expect we were busy attitude. They have clearly outgrown their company structure but from their reviews on glass door looks like they can’t keep staff due to their poor treatment. They take so long to get back to you that usually either the problem has resolved itself or they claim it’s outside of the time frame in which they “could” help you and even when you point out that you attempted to contact them multiple ways on multiple days they act like that’s a you problem

The best products and the very worst customer service. Wrong mailing address twice, both times took weeks to get a reply, and at Xmas it took 2 months. Can't call anyone because the voicemail is always full and they seem to check their email about once a week at best. If you want the product, get it from a salon, I guess? I just went to goop where they answer on the first ring. I am sure there are other worthy conditioners out there. But, I didn't want to switch away from davines, I had to. That's not right.

The worst customer service. They just won’t reply to you, lol. Disgusting.

Emailed customer service about product query and they answered in good time. Fairly expensive shampoos/conditioners, but I have heard good things about the quality.

Brilliant products. I love that they do not have any harsh chemical and keep my hair shiny and soft.
