Was really excited after ordering carpets from here as they were recommended to us but have been really disappointed with the fitting and the after service with them, (they really didn’t care and just passed us back to the fitter as supposedly our contract was with him - not them). As far as I was concerned we were dealing with them as they organised the fitter. So I had to ask the fitter to return due to the carpet having bumps in it but this took a week, so now we still have marks left from the bumps that are clearly noticeable. So have now paid someone else to rectify the problem.

I had LVT flooring fitted to hallway and carpet to stairs and landing. The carpet is ok. However the LVT was very poorly fitted with gaps appearing after the installation. I contacted the shop and was told the fitter would contact me to sort it out. A week went by and no contact. Followed up with the shop again but still no contact. Went into the shop and was assured he would call me the following day and you guessed it …. No contact
It’s been a few months now so clearly there is no interest in providing any customer service.
My advice is to go elsewhere if you value customer service!!

Good value for money, professional staff, efficient delivery and carpet fitting

I bought carpets for stairs landing and 2 bedrooms I had good service in the shop and was told a fitter would come arranged by urmston carpets .The fitter completed the rooms ok but instead of fitting around the spindles on the landing for a proper fit he just folded carpet over leaving a gap showing floor boards. I contacted the shop to complain they said they would arrange for the fitter to come but he hasn’t responded Urmston Carpets say it’s for the fitter to sort ,poor service now I’m left with gaps at edge of carpet
