PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY. Purchased supposedly Dior Sauvage as Xmas present. Instantly knew it was fake when opened, no scent at all, looking closer after opened, other signs, lid didn’t fit and markings on box. These scammers take your hard earned money and ignore you completely when you try to contact them. Luckily my credit card company are dealing with it but Xmas ruined😡BEWARE

Urbanvintage786 is a scam online store. I ordered for Dior sauvage perfume since the 4th of August but they haven't delivered up till now. They came saying the package was held and it will be redirected and different bullshit stories. They have to be reported to the police and this website shouldn't exist or allow to sell items to people.

Avoid, avoid ,avoid this company as they sell counterfeit perfumes. After receiving a fake Bleu de Chanel I tried to contact them straight away.Took ages for them to answer the phone and when they did the person on the line asked for pictures of the item that show that it’s a fake. I took pictures and stated all the details that show non authenticity.
He blamed the courier and acted surprised offering to resend me a real one this time to which I said no.Countless back and forth to sort out the return and refund process. I returned the item and now been waiting for over a week for the refund to come through even though they said it would be done last Thursday. Will be reporting to my bank and Action Fraud.

My order never arrived. I have had no reply to emails, enquiry forms or telephone messages. The number provided is never answered. Terrible service and clearly from reviews I am not alone. I will be pursuing the matter in the small claims court to get my money back. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Avoid!!

I ordered a perfume from this company and never received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, I’ve had absolutely no response. The site claims to be based at 33 Richard Road, Rotherham, S60 2QP, but I’m starting to wonder if it’s even legitimate. No customer service, no refund, no accountability. Feels like a scam.

Never received the order and disastrous rude service I,e if you ever even managed to get hold of any they are ridiculously rude, they don’t have any respect and don’t care for customers or the money you paid. Avoid them totally

Ordered Sauvage elixir recently from this store, they sent the ordinary Sauvage, which was significantly cheaper than the elixir. Emailed urban vintage 786 to tell them their mistake, absolutely no reply or acknowledgement whatsoever! Fuming is an understatement! Do not use this shoddy company!

Absolute SCAM! Do no believe the positive reviews they are fake. Just like the products you receive. Ordered a Dior Sauvage and a Prada Paradoxe didn’t even receive the Prada Paradoxe and the Dior Sauvage is FAKE. Do not shop here! Absolute disgrace. Won’t reply to emails or live chat either when I have requested a refund.
