I had an amazing experience with Urban Revino. I heard about this brand from my favorite fashion influencer, and I had to try. With that said, I had issues with my initial order and the response time that UR took to take care of my issue was unmatched. It is rare that costumer service is so punctual and kind but that is what I experienced. True attention to detail and investment in customer experience ! Not to mention my piece is stunning and the large gold buttons on my dress are gorgeous!! You’ve got a loyal customer for life !

I’ve only purchased from them one time and I was quite impressed with the high quality of the dress and details. My only hiccup is that the sizes run very small so I’d be safe and always order up a size like I did with my dress only after reading other reviews.

I absolutely loved the dress, but cut very small
I absolutely loved the dress and great quality. But it runs extremely small. They stated that exchanges are not processed at this time but maybe in the future. My only choice was to return and repurchase. When trying to return, I had to pay for the return. The dress is so beautiful that I bought a much larger size and may have to get it tailored. I refuse to pay to return it again.

Bought a few times and was happy for most purchases. They are all very well made. However, the size info can be improved. For example, the size of a short sleeves dress was given the measurements of the sleeves and length of the dress but the chest info was missing which is important especially some fabric is not stretchy to give extra room. Also, it would be great to offer free returns. Because it’s likely to be costly to return, I have to keep everything that I bought even though some pieces don’t fit well.

I ordered two jackets from Urban Revivo! Shipping took about two weeks but it was so worth it because I was so impressed by the material of the jackets. I ordered two different tweed-style jackets and they both were very structured and thick! I got so many compliments and comments from people thinking the jackets were from Aritzia but they were less than $100 from Urban Revivo. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Jackets.
Ordered a multi coloured tweed box jacket with chain detail and also a black boucle ‘Chanel’ style box jacket. Ordered a large as I’m a UK size 12. Both jackets arrived within a week. Quality and design is amazing. Perfect fit. Just need to shorten sleeves on the black box jacket as they were an inch too long but that’s no problem. Excellent items for the price.

Impossible to arrange refund and postage
For two weeks trying to arrange a return from the UK. It took a week to come back to me with some offers of discount, eventually saying to ship (at own expense) to OMAHA, NE, US. There is no postal address. I requested it several times via emails and chat. There is no response. I have no confidence that I receive response, able to ship back and eventually get a refund. Highlighly stressful situation and now lack of trust in this retailer. Agree with all the reviews.

I'm always on the lookout for unique and excellent collections. I was thrilled to find beautiful tweed cardigans in the latest UR collection and (I must have them) so I purchased Contrast Trim Faux Pearl Button Cardigans in Green and Fluffy Pink. The fabric and the buttons are elegant. XS was a comfortable fit which makes it exciting to mix and match to different outfits. Shipping time was as promised and the packaging was very good.
