I simply asked to exchange my ring for a correct size. I used their size guide and it was still too big. They refuse to communicate, and will not exchange my ring.

I ordered a ring and paid for 1-3 day shipping. It came over a month late. I attempted to contact the shop but was unable to. The ring was very poor quality and I would have liked to return it but again was unable to get a response from anyone

I bought a beautiful wood ring for my husband on our 5th anniversary. Fits great and he loves it.

For several years I have been wearing two watches, of different styles and colors, made by UrbanDesigner. I love them and alternate them depending on the color of my outfit and other jewelry. They are classy in style and appearance and fit my personality and style of dress (think Katherine Hepburn to Annie Hall), are large enough for me to see the time without my glasses but are not heavy or bulky. The Swiss movement is the best I’ve ever had in my 65 years of wearing watches, and other than my earrings, is the accessory I always wear. UrbanDesigner is easy to work with and was quickly responsive to my queries about their selections. I appreciate UrbanDesigner’s commitment to sustainability and reuse of wood that otherwise would be rendered useless and trashed. What more could one ask of a manufacturer? I expect my watches to serve me well for many years.

The cross I bought is very well made and has a good masculine look to it. Has a good weight to it. Appropriate for casual or dressy wear. I would highly recommend.

I have two UD watches and love both of them. I love the designs, one for more casual and one more dressy. Being wood makes them lightweight, which I appreciate, and I care a lot about sustainability. They have very smooth action to set. Any of UD's designs would be great for gifts. I didn't get custom engraving on mine but think it's such a great feature.
