Finally Received my sofa…

I purchased a custom-made sofa from this online store, and while I appreciate the effort, I am disappointed with the quality of the seats. The frame however, looks good!
Seats do not match the reference picture I chose from the instagram page and there is a significant issue with the seat thickness — some are noticeably thicker than others, which is not only aesthetically displeasing but also affects comfort.

I have kindly requested that replacement seats would be made to align with the reference picture I chose from the page and that the replacements would be crafted with care and attention to detail, matching the quality I was expecting based on the reference.

I have politely reached out and shared photos showing the variations in thickness across the seats. I was informed that replacements would be arranged within a couple of days, but haven't received any further updates.

I have reached out once again to inquire about the timing, but I haven’t yet received a response either.

Messages have been read and ignored.

Wow, ordered on a Sunday evening, prompt responses to messages, recommendations provided with my requirements, we have dogs so wanted a durable but cozy fabric, delivered within 3 days, we are so happy with the sofa. We also requested additional items and have been supported with this promptly. We would highly recommended.

I ordered a sofa bed, paid my deposit and it got delivered within days. I was told to text the company direct if I had any issues. I noticed that my sofa came without the mattress for the bed. Also the cushions were smaller than the cushions in the pictures advertised. For this reason there were spaces in between them. I immediately informed the company and they promised to send 3 extra cushions and my mattress within 2 days. It took them 1 whole month to deliver my stuff to me. Communication was poor as they stopped replying my texts whenever I asked for my things. They are extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The foam used for the sofa is of poor quality. The cushions are extremely hard. I regret buying from them.

No communication. The size of the couch was different to the cushions. The couch also stinks. Cheep nasty material. Absolute scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY OFF THESE PEOPLE

At point of sale communication with them was great. Sofa was made within a week but delivery was delayed by a day due to driver being unwell and they ended up coming at half 12am the next day. The sofa was more grey then silver and it did not follow the same design as the one I had ordered, there was also 1 pillow missing. I messaged the company and they said they would send me replacement cushions and covers. It's been 2 weeks and now I am being ignored, I said if you can't give me the correct cushions I want a partial refund. Avoid them at all costs, better to get quality stuff from the branded shops at least you know what you're paying for. They also know I'm pregnant ontop so I don't need this stress.

Waste of time!

I ordered a sofa over a month ago, I was originally told that my sofa would take 7-10 working days and I paid my deposit. After 7 days I asked for an estimated delivery date as I needed to get rid of my old sofa. They said my sofa would be delivered that week.. NOTHING.. after 14 days I asked for an update, they said my sofa had been finished and the courier would contact me immediately with a delivery date… NOTHING… then 3 weeks later, apparently they sent the sofa but the courier damaged a section of the sofa and it had to be remade.. I said I felt like this was a scam and if it wasn’t then please send me a picture of my sofa. They said they would send a picture/video call of my sofa when they get to the unit…. NOTHING!

Customer service is shocking! Dishonest company! Avoid!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT’S A SCAM !!!

❗️❗️I placed order 3 weeks ago. Paid deposit as requested and communication really bad. They promised 5-7 days delivery. After 3 weeks they told that their neighbouring factory was on fire and that they need another week. No is picking phone and they never respond to messages. I request refund for the deposit and no one is responding. Very bad customer service and I would stay away from these people. ❗️❗️

Sofa looks amazing and so reasonably priced, sofa was fitted to my requirements and on top of that a warranty was given!
