This feels like a scam!
I bought a new device in the early days. The device is in perfect working condition, and I'm happy with it. In the meantime, they launched a new model and are now stopping support for the old one and forcing me to buy a new one.
They offered me a 33% discount to buy the new one but I just simply want to keep using the old one!
I feel that forcing customers to upgrade to the new model like this is morally not ok!
