My 6 year old Porsche Cayenne is allergic to main dealers ( and their prices!) so when a few red lights came on, I needed to find a specialist independent repairer.
A 911 expert in Chandlers Ford recommended Matt at Upfront. After speaking by phone, my stricken Cayenne made its ignominious way to Droxford on the back of a tow truck just before Christmas and was ready for collection as agreed in the first few days of the New Year.

On meeting Matt , he explained his background knowledge of the systems common to many VAG Group cars and then highlighted the (lack of ) repairable issues on the Cayenne . He encouraged me to come back if needed. There was no charge. I shall return for a service in the spring.

I asked Upfront Automotive to investigate steering problems when I booked my car in for a service and MOT.
The issue was quickly identified, quoted for and fixed and a full service & MOT were completed all within a day, which was very much appreciated.

First time using Upfront Automotive today. Very professional service from quote to completing the mechanical repair. Complementary collection and drop off service topped it. Found to be extremely reasonably priced, honest and relative. Could not fault the work and customer service and invoice/payment ease. Will be definitely using them again fir MOT, servicing and repairs.

Outstanding service, really! Having tried the range of local & dealer garages in my time I used Fixter for the cashback and they matched me up with Upfront Automotive in Droxford who I wouldn't otherwise have found/considered. I will go direct next time. In summary they were superb, offering the results of a far more expensive specialist garage (my diesel car had broken down and when it happened a couple of years ago only a diesel specialist garage local to me was able to get it going, and they had a 2 month queue...), with delivery back, all for a very reasonable price. They also had heaps of helpful tips on the phone which I'd never had or heard before. I will definitely return to Upfront Automotive in future - can't recommend them enough! I had a recovery, fixup/fault repair, full service, MOT & delivery back home.

Brilliant service. Dan fitted my car in at short notice and fixed my broken air con. Hundred percent recommend!

Dan did a great job of fixing my aircon (after two other garages couldn't find the problem!) and also fixed a really annoying knocking noise that I had :)

I'll be back when my service is due!
