What a fantastic service, I contacted Unzipped as I had ordered several items however was worried they wouldn’t arrive in time for a birthday gift. I was upgraded to next day delivery free of charge... Mehr ansehen

Scam, don’t buy from here. Didn’t receive my product, nor a refund and they never replied to me when I emailed them about it.
I trusted this site as it had good reviews and was cheaper than everywhere else. I ordered the terrascapes which took about 3 weeks to come (which is the delivery couriers fault tbf) when they finally delivered it was to the wrong address which again isnt their fault. But the problem with unzipped begins when I tried to contact them on a number of occasions and just would not get a response until I got paypal involved. Which they responded straight away basically saying "well we shipped the item so its not our problem." So I also contacted the courier which said I can't claim compensation but the seller can. So I tried contacting unzipped again asking them to claim so neither of us lose out. But then again... they just did not respond. As long as they don't lose out they dont care about the customer. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Due to this I'm £115 down with no product to show for it. If you do order from this business and something goes wrong... (like in my case) unzipped wont help and simply wont care as long as they get their payment. Wouldn't order again if you paid me.
I still haven’t received my trainers I ordered on the 18th November and I have emailed and messaged them multiple and they haven’t got back to me, poor service, needs checking think it might be a scam page.
Awful, awful company, LIARS. They Do not send the items. Thieves. Do not buy from this company, so many awful reviews and the good ones are fake.

I haven’t received my trainers neither have they come back to any of my emails or messages, I want a refund of my trainers that I have paid for
Given them the benefit of the doubt and 3 weeks to send my order. No updates. Emailed them numerous times and messaged them on Facebook, one of the emails doesn’t even work. Opened a case with PayPal and they are not answering, commented on their Instagram-ignored me.
I tried to be nice about it and they are just completely ignoring me. I want my money back or for you to sort my order and it be with me by the end of the week. Order #2626
After looking at other reviews it seems to have been a scam, which is a shame as all the other reviews before I ordered were great-which is why I ordered.
After reading all the other terrible reviews it’s pretty obvious Iv been scammed. Placed my order on 30/11/21. Still haven’t received any shipping information for order #2627 when the shoes should be here by now. Will have to buy a new Xmas present for my brother now and try find a way to get my money back👍🏻
Seems this is the only way to get through to them.

2 weeks later still not received order and unzipped are trying to get my review taken down by trustpilot. Clowns
I ordered the new Nike tns came within g 3-4 days excellent service when messaged the owner of the website replied straight away and was happy to help
Ordered an item with 2-4 day delivery. On the 4th day still not been dispatched. Tried to get in contact with the company and got blocked from their social media.so opened up a case with paypal and now getting a refund. Disappointed

Product itself very good but customer service is SHOCKING! I ordered a Nike set shorts and top and paid for express delivery (1-3 days) as I wanted the outfit for when I went out. My order turned up 7 days later , when I tried to contact them via Instagram and email I was just ignored. I then commented on a photo on there Instagram page and was asked what my order number was and then was ignored with no further communication. I also tried there customer service chat and again got nothing. Won’t be using again!!!
An apology and communication goes a long way and all it would of took was a message to reassure me that my order would be coming and some excuse for the delay.
