The quality and variety of the products is truly amazing and so cost efficient compared to other lingerie companies. I had a sad looking lingerie draw at the beginning of the year but the subscription has turned that right around! I also had an experience where due to Evri losing my parcel I needed to contact customer service via instagram who were AMAZING so quick to respond and sort my issue out with no hassle 😍 such a great business and have been recommending to all of my friends every time we speak about underwear!!!

The products' designs are really unique and wonderful, the materials are high quality and the sets are super comfortable😊
Moreover the team is very kind and helpful; I've had problems with the delivery of my order because it was blocked at customs for more than a month, but the Unndr team sent the order to me a second time totally for free and it reached me within days😍

I really REALLY wanted to love this company and gave it three months to make up my mind as a subscriber but also bought three packages from them.

I can tell you this, the first set from the subscription was beautiful and fit like a glove, although the bra had a weird cupping situation, it made my breast be pointy and didn’t follow my natural lines. I loved the garter belt and I thought it was very cute. They shipped it out a little late but that’s ok.
The second order was waaaaay too small, but I didn’t update my sizing, which was really confusing. They sent it way late and I got it after they released what kind of lingerie we were getting, which was disappointing. Now I’m on the third month and they have revealed what we are getting and I haven’t gotten a shipment confirmation but have updated my size.

About the three orders from the collection. I ordered the first one in xS and again, it fit like a glove. After I got the second subscription I decided I wanted to order in small, when I got it I could fit another human in there with me! And I got no bra… just the underwear and a sock strap. I got it refunded. The third order was really disappointing. It had been a week since I ordered and no shipping confirmation, so I contacted the customer service and they told me it had not gone through on their end and I got the confirmation at the end of they day. Great customer service! Although when it arrived I had half a set(no bra) in small and a full set also in small. It fit like a glove again but the cupping on that one was doing that weird thing again where it made my nipples pointy. I got a refund on the half-set thing.

Again I really wanted to love this company. But the sizing is to inconsistent, they ship inconsistently and they made my breasts be pointy, as in the seams were not in the correct spot. The customer service is good as long as you have read the guidelines on their site. I’m giving you two stars instead of one because of them.

I needed a size change before next delivery and they were able to fix it same day. Very swift and professional exchange. (P.s. didn't need a return and redelivery)

I couldn’t recommend Unndr enough! The subscription service is great and every set I’ve received has been gorgeous. The customer service is also fantastic, after having problems with the courier they couldn’t have done more to assist and resolve the situation 🫶🏼

I’ve had two boxes from Unndr so far and I’m really enjoying my experience. It’s so fun having a new surprise lingerie set every month and the sets are super cute. I like the element of choice being taken away and just getting a surprise! The only thing is that the quality is not quite as high as I was expecting but the sets are still lovely and it doesn’t stop me getting more! I really would recommend for girlies who want a little treat.
I love their social media presence and the little hints they give each month about the set theme etc. The girls behind the brand clearly really care and put the graft in!

Just Lovely

Signed up for the quarterly box at the start of the year and so happy I did. Really reasonable price point in my view for a full set and sizing for me has been perfect so far. Quality is lovely and the convenience is just perfect, as someone who’s never really prioritised buying myself nice lingerie it’s ideal to know that every 3 months something is just sent to my door which I know I’ll love!

I really wanted to love this brand- a female owned small business with a great concept, but the product is just not it. The marketing leads you to think the underwear is made by the Unndr team, but it’s made in Turkey and the quality is poor. Sizing is very inconsistent and not in cup sizes. The packaging itself feels cheap and not luxurious as marketed. The price point is far too high for the quality of the product. The August design was so so unflattering. I love the concept of this brand, but the execution is not there.

Mega fedt koncept med månedlig undertøj, som jeg havde set frem at skulle benytte mig af de næste 2 år, da min kæreste skal være på farten. Desværre skal man betale told når man bor i Danmark, så det bliver alt for dyrt, hvis man skal det hver gang. Derfor måtte jeg afmelde det igen..

Jeg betalte tolden og modtog også pakken. Kvalitet på undertøjet er nogenlunde - ikke det bedste, men til OK til prisen FØR told..
