I am on my third month with this company now and I love the underwear so much. The quality of the underwear is great and the extra details that they put into the packaging and extra little something is a nice touch.

Nice design but not much support in the bras

I had an issue with delivery were the delivery company said they attempted to deliver when they hadn’t I was so worried it wouldn’t arrived contacted unndr. They were brilliant replied straight away assured me I would get the set one way or another. They asked me to keep them posted and thankfully it arrived. Love the sets every month and can’t wait for the surprise at the start of each month. Thank you again for being brilliant.

My partner was so so disappointed to see knockers instead of a thong! Second time a subscription arrived that has disappointed! So much so we are cancelling

My June bra was too small and I emailed in asking if there was anything I could do to have it swapped for a bigger size. They replied that they don't do exchanges but would be willing to send me a larger size. It was a great experience and I'm really looking forward to wearing the set!

I had some questions regarding billing and the processes after I received my first box (which was stunning btw) and my questions were answered swiftly and clearly. Absolutely love that, very happy with the customer service.

Cute packaging! Since it is underwear, the size is always tricky, I would say it always runs smaller on the bra. But I do appreciate that you can choose a size for the bra and a size for the panties, separately.
Unfortunately I messed up with the size of my bra and when I emailed back, she send me a new one right away, this time the right size! I only paid the customs tax (from UK to Germany), but I’m very happy with it. She was super nice!

Ordered my first subscription box which came very neatly packaged. Unfortunately being my first order and not knowing the sizing the bra size was too small so requested a larger size. Very quick response through instagram and then email exchange and they sent out a larger size - I look forward to the next set!

Their customer service is great! I had a problem with the sizing of a bra and they offered to send another, reducing significantly the stress around the purchasing experience and making it feel like an overall tailor-made product.
The set came in and it was very pretty, along with a couple of self care gifts, it made me feel super empowered and feminine which is I guess the idea of the brand.

The attention to detail in both client handling and the products is incredible! will surely purchase again :)

I had placed an order for two sets, when they arrived parts of the order were missing. The help team were SO lovely and helpful and you can really see the dedication the whole team put into making unndr an enjoyable experience. It was so easy to fix the issue and the communication is some of the best ive had. Will definetly be buying from there again :)

I had to contact Unndr due to making an error when choosing the sizing of my sets .
They were really helpful when responding and although I had made an error they were kind enough to replace the items I had bought to the correct sizing for free !
The sets are beautiful and amazing quality , I would highly recommend

Would really like it give a 5 on daughters June set, but sadly the Bra is a size to small which is something that is hasn’t happened before, so she popped to the Q&A to see what she needed to do and it said to email. Cool, she did this straight away (the day the set arrived, nearly 2 weeks ago) but no one has replied! So she then dropped you a DM on instagram, to which you said go to the Q&A and find the answer, she replied she had already emailed a query with no reply.
Am seriously hoping it’s a 28 day return/swap policy not 14!

Absolutely incredible. Fast service and always updating their socials to keep their customers up to date with new content. And staff are so lovely. My set was beautiful and fits perfectly. Did NOT disappoint!!! Will 100% be purchasing again.

I ordered my first subscription box after a friend recommended them. As a bigger bust girlie bras a super expensive and the price of these sets i thought were amazing value for money. The box arrived, and its beautifully packaged and the underwear is beautiful. The bottoms and suspender belt fitted perfect. The bra fits however slightly small on the bust. I am a 38E and i ordered a 2XL. The back is quite stretchy so was not as tight, the cups were slightly on the smaller side so doesn't fit perfectly. However, its kind of expected as they're sizing is not in cup sizes. I did email to ask if i was to size down so the back fitted better would the cup size be smaller as the sizing chart suggests a XL would fit a 36E. However after trying the 2XL i am not sure it would. The emailed back really quickly, couldn't fault their customer service. And even though the sizing isnt spot on, the sets are beautiful and for the price you can't complain.
I would love for this brand to be able to increase the accuracy of their bra sizing, but also understand this is probably difficult for a small brand and their costing. Having said all that, i will continue to keep my subscription and i cannot wait for my next box.

I have been subscribed to Unndr for a year now and cannot fault the service. Every month my order has been on time and correct.

Wonderful variation so there is something for everyone and every occasion.

The highlight of my month every month

I was sceptical at first, as many online brands tend to not be what they seem, and with the price and how beautiful Unndr's sets are, it seemed too good to be true. So, I bit the bullet and subscribed to their monthly set, because for just over £26 on your first box, I figured why not, I can always cancel if it isn't great.
June 1st came around, and as it says on their website, I was expecting to have received an email with shipping confirmation, which I didn't. Airing on the side of caution, I sent an email asking when my box would be posted, and whether I'd be able to track the shipping for it. The team got back to me later that night with a link to my shipping code, and my box was sent out the next day.
The box arrived within a couple of days, and as they ship with Evri, I was able to see the time the box would arrive so I could make sure I was at home to collect it.
It came in a discreet box, and was undamaged (although perhaps the brown shipping box could benefit from some additional paper padding, as shipping companies do occasionally throw packages around a bit, and there's always a chance a parcel is going to get squashed).
The actual lingere box is beautiful - a simple cardboard box with a pretty printed design. Inside you get a piece of card explaining all about the box and the month's specific theme (June was openness).
The lingere comes wrapped in matching coloured tissue paper, and the free matching scrunchie was inside this also! All three parts of the lingere fit me well, and is well made, particularly for a lingere set that is so cheap! June's set is so beautiful - the pastel colours are lovely, and the lace it is made with is so elegant. The material is very thin meaning it should only be handwashed, and does stretch to accommodate for their sizing chart a bit better.
I can see how some people may have issues with the sizing, but this is no more than you would have sizing issues with any brand that doesn't use actual bra sizes and instead uses an XS,S,M,L system. I am a UK 8, and went for the size S pants, which fit perfectly. The size S bra also fits me very well (30C), as is accurate to their size chart on the website. There will perhaps be some issues as you cannot make an underwire bra fit multiple sizes as perfectly as you would with exact measurements, however there are multiple clasps on the back, and the straps are adjustable.
I am very much looking forward to next month, as I am completely hooked! The sneak peeks given on the Unndr Instagram page are quite addictive, and I can't wait to see what the next set is already!
