I had a great experience with these guys, Aron and Kevin Reed were always helpful and always ready to help with anything I needed, it was a long long process; and i had a lot of requests, they work with me and help me all the way. The book is ready and out, and they are still helping me with questions i might have.

They are a great team and do really good professional work!

I had started my projects with a different company, but did not feel comfortable and went shopping for another and found UBP and haven't looked back. Each person I have worked with has been remarkable, professional, enthusiastic and very helpful to this first time author.

Mike Amari and Jeffrey Collins at United Book Publishing were very professional and responsive with producing my Children's picture book, "Nettie the Knot Un-Tier." Mike and Jeffrey helped me with every phase of the publishing process, made some key suggestions, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. They did a great job!

Aron is great to work with. He has done 5 books for me with one more being formatted now. I know I can be a hand full to work with and Aron never got upset or angry. He recently published an art book of mine with over 200 colored pictures. I expected many drafts but I was surprised he got it done with only one draft. Polite and professional all the time.

Being my first book, I had no prior experience with publishers, but I interviewed 6 and selected UP. They estimated 12 weeks to get my book published but it took over 7 months. I was sure to provide the timely information they needed to keep the process moving. Looking back, I feel that there was a breakdown in communication, especially getting the illustrations completed. Multiple mistakes and promises were made by UP causing ongoing delays in marketing, author page setup, stripe payment connection with LuLu, format changes to solve printing problems and merchandise setup. I have learned much through this learning curve and have completed two more books to have published. I will not be using UP with those projects and cannot in good conscience recommend them. Nothing personal, just being honest in my feedback.

They did everything they said they would and more, they went way above what I expected.

They even created a flipbook product that I could use to promote my book.

My experience is two-fold, from bad to extremely good. Two United nitwits first published my book without consulting me. It was full of errors. First, United Book Publishing has the very best book cover design prices that I could find. 2nd, they are very caring and attentive. My first conversation was with Aron Parker, Chief Publishing Officer, who was lovely. Later, I was dealing with Sr. Consultant, Jordan Marshall, who was just as nice as he could be, listening to me, making suggestions, and faithfully reporting what I wanted to the artist. The end result was a seriously beautiful book cover that conveys the spirit of the book and the meaning of the contents. Great experience!

I have formed a Non-Profit foundation to host the rights to my book and intellectual properties.
