Unique Glazing London Bewertungen

We've just had 30+ windows replaced, which is no small task. Unique were *very* reasonably priced compared to a lot of cowboy companies we spoke to. We had substantial delay due to supply issues on the manufacturer's end but Unique made up for it with a free upgrade. When they were finally able to install, the whole thing (old windows out and new windows in) took just a week. Great and diligent work by the fitters who ensured a good finish and that all locks worked. Mentions to Abbas for his advice on picking the right windows (we went for accoustic vs triple glazing) and Leanne for her customer facing skills.

Very happy with our new windows! The team did a great job with removing the old and replacing with the new!

We had a very small issue with one of the window locks but was fixed quickly and simply after the install.

Very responsive team and the crew that installed our door seemed to be experienced and very knowledgeable.

Stay clear of this Company, I would not recommend this Company,
What should have been 1/ 2 days Installing of my Bedroom windows took over 4 months to completed and lots of stress from December 2021 to April 2022.
I was Not able to use my bed room, these people are Not professional, they Installed the wrong size windows, which was a nightmare, one window was completely sealed up with plaster falling out the sides of the walls and big gaps all around. I had to send 2 sets of Legal Letters to the Manager before he decides to change the widows to the Correct sizes
Then I had to engage a Builder to do the final finishes around the windows.

Great quality Windows great price and costumers service second to none
Thank you Leanne you are the best

Great value for money, quotation was very reasonable and communication excellent. Arrived on the date agreed and even though it was pouring with rain the job was completed very well and we are very happy. So happy that we want to get other bits done, I highly recommend. Its hard to find a decent glazier these days that doesn't charge the earth.

Super happy with my new windows throughout my property and had a great experience from start to finish! Leanne was really quick with communication and getting everything sorted quickly for me. Really reasonably priced too! Would 100% recommend.

This is the second batch of windows we bought from them (good timing, considered the pressures on gas prices) and we are again happy with the product and the service. The windows have been delivered on time and we are already enjoying the comfortable warmth they provide and the nice look in our renovated kitchen. We'll definitely reach them for a third batch!

installation of sliding patio door. carried out to a high standard in excellent time frames

Great quality windows and bi-fold door. Communication very clear and quick response. The fitters did an exceptional job with great care to detail. Definitely recommend Unique Glazing for windows and doors.

Had windows installed 3 yrs back and now we have more cold draft coming in then the old ones...!!

Very pleased with the company. Their whole staff was very helpful and patient in explaining us and no hidden charges like many other companies do. We are so happy with our new windows and doors and would be recommending Unique Glazing to all our friends and families.

Very happy with Unique Glazing. The quote at the start was competitive and hassle free. Installation was quickly arranged and the fitters worked efficiently and did a good job. Follow up warranty etc promptly despatched

Julian

Unique were able to offer window and door replacement for the whole of our 3 bed semi which had just been extended. This included bi fold doors, bay window, front and side door. The price was similar to other companies but unique were able to source and install a particular front door, which others wouldn't. We are pleased we went with them, and the couple of snags we had were cleared up within days. Friendly team.

Great experience with Unique Glazing London, from the first meeting with Paul, where we were given all the information we wanted and no pressure to buy, something the so called "best" double glazing company's should learn from, with great communication from Nicole and excellent fitting team. Thanks again :)

I had a good experience with Unique Glazing. Paul the salesman was pleasant to deal with and the quote was fair and straightforward. The fitters worked swiftly and I was happy with the results. Would recommemd!

We would definitely recommend Unique Glazing. Paul the salesman was very pleasant and plain talking ,no silly sales pitches . Customer service with Nicole was good. The price was very competitive and the fitters were very efficient and clean. Really positive experience .

I have just had three (very old) windows replaced and a badly fitted door (dad fitted it) corrected by unique glazing. Due to the old windows being quite deep in the plaster I was starting to panic thinking now I will need to decorate!
I did not realise that they would finish the job off so nicely, looks so good and far exceeded my expectations.
I had obtained their contact details from a neighbour as I had seen them doing their windows and thought they had done a good job from what I could see on the outside, I would recommend to others.
Communication from them is excellent.

Nicole was very attentive, resolved my minor fitment issue promptly. The window looks better than the original with the french opening flying baffel. Highly recommended.
