The quality of their products used to be amazing. I ordered last week and it's the cheap rayon/polyester material that you find on Amazon and Shein. Definitely would NOT recommend.

I've been buying Unique Vintage since the year 2005 and I cannot express how happy I am with my experiences. The Burbank store or the online store is not only inclusive and has accommodated me with all my body ups and downs but is also ran by very kind ladies that made me feel welcomed and assisted. The online store is like crack to me it has all the prints, fabrics and sized you can imagine to live your best fantasy life. The brand makes me very happy and I hope they will stay for many more years. Thank you Unique Vintage for being you <3

I recently hadn't a mishap where I sent my wedding shoes to unique vintage as a return instead of my actual return. I was so scared I was going to lose them and had a complete meltdown, but Alexis from unique vintage was completely calm and helped me through the whole process. She sent back my shoes in just a couple of days and the crisis was averted. I've shopped with unique vintage for the past couple years and I will continue to do so. Thank you so so much Alexis.

Ordered a dress and it was cheaply made. Really thin material. Reminds me of a Halloween costume. Can see underwear through. I will not be wearing it. It is a cute style though. They would not let me return it even though I haven’t worn it. Was a waste of $. Save your $ and don’t shop with them.

Made in a sweat shops in China. The items are polyester just like shein or retro stage and so on but unique vintage charges way more money. Sizing is all off you can buy a dress in a large that fits then buy a different dress from them in a large thats two sizes to small. Just make your own clothes it will turn out better even if you have no experience in sewing it will be great compared to the items they sell.

I have bought many items in the last 6 months. The clothes are on the expensive side however the quality is top-notch. I have never been disappointed in any way. The fabric and style are always great. Also very well made. I have talked to customer service on two occasions and they were very polite and helpful. I am really surprised at all the negative reviews it has not been my experience. It is like we are talking about two different companies. I have always been treated well by Unique Vintage. I forgot to mention there have not been any issues with shipping or returning items.

Awful customer service. Waited almost 3 weeks for a portion of my order to ship only to be told it was out of stock once I personally reached out with inquiry. Save your money and business elsewhere. They won’t even offer compensation or a discount on future orders to make up for their ridiculous mistakes. Pathetic.

I accidentally purchased an item before I was ready to, and was able to get in contact with support the same day along with a full refund.
Emma was quick to respond and answered all of my questions.

I have ordered many times from Unique Vintage. I love having the option to pick up my items and try them on in the store. If the item doesn't fit the return and refund process is simple. I love how cute the store is arranged. The employees are so friendly and welcoming. I point out their store window decorations to my friends when visiting the Downtown Burbank District. The best part about Unique Vintage is the quality of the fabrics used in their clothes and the size ranges available. I will continue to recommend Unique Vintage to all my friends who have felt stuck with only Lane Bryant. There are so few retailers that offer quality clothes to big and beautiful women!

Awful company, very rude and unhelpful! Long wait times and high markups. You can Google most of their shop and find the original designer and see that they're 10% or more than their competitors. Low quality as well. Never supporting them again!

I love EVERYTHING about Unique Vintage. The dresses ive chosen are always perfect quality and true to size. Their shipping is always fast. Dresses are definitely reasonably priced compared to other vintage clothing sites. Ive used them for all my big event days...im definitely looking forward to upcoming award ceremony next week..and ill have to post pics.

I’ve bought tons of outfits and accessories from Unique Vintage over the past six or more years. I’m an amateur dancer and have used their products for competitions, shows and themed non-dance events/parties. The quality is perfect for the price point. Another great thing is they categorize the outfits by era. This way you won’t show up to a “60s Flash Back” party dressed for the 70s! A couple other great things worth mentioning are the range of sizes and easy returns. I first found them when looking for a 1920s themed party dress. I weighed 200lbs at the time and it was a huge relief that a company was making fun quality outfits for the full range of sizes. I’ve lost 80lbs since and love that I can still use them. I’ve returned several items after ordering multiple sizes to get the right fit or see in person how the outfit will move for dancing. There is a small fee for returns, which seems fair to me and allows me to have an in store experience at home. I love them and have never had a single issue. Keep up the great work UV!

Unique Vintage is my GO TO webstore now for all things AWESOME. As someone who has gone through many sizes and surgeries in life, I truly appreciate the range of sizes. Just bc someone is plump doesn't mean they want to dress like a little old lady! I love their collaborations too. Seriously, what could be better than a Jane Jetsons purple DRESS?! Unique Vintage, keep up the AWESOMENESS.

I ordered a one piece red white and blue bathing suit and some red shades.

I recieved the correct shades but with only a bottom which was not in any kind of relation to what I ordered. It was a bottom piece that was plaid orange, green, purple and white. No red white blue nautical polka dots anywhere. Not even a complete set. Highly disappointed!!!

I will never shop with Unique Vintage again. It took having me email them multiple times to even ship my order and that was after I was only emailed once back by a customer service representative named Lisa and once I received my order part of the order was missing. I have been charged for this portion and when I have reached out to them they STILL have yet to get back to me. I tried calling them and am just forever on hold. This experience has made me never want to shop with them again and I will be more than happy to tell others to do the same. I cannot believe how impossible it is to get in touch with them.

I truly don't understand the negative reviews here. I started ordering from Unique Vintage a few months ago. I'm in the UK and the prices charged by vintage brands over here (brands that I've used for years) have gone up to crazy amounts. Literally doubling! It now makes more sense to order from UV, as their designs are always so unusual and they accommodate plus sizes so much better than most companies here in the UK.

Every order I have made this year has been delivered quickly and the clothes have been beautiful. They have regular offers and are constantly updating their site. I love this company.

This was my first time purchasing from Unique Vintage and honestly I'm a bit disappointed. I shopped during their flash sale to get the best prices as I usually couldn't afford to buy over a 70 dollar dress. I've dreamed of owning dresses from unique vintage since I was 17 and I'm 26 now so I took advantage of the sale, shipping was on time but once I actually received my items my shoes I bought barley fit even though it was the correct size one dress I purchased wasn't worth the money spent due to the cheap feel of the fabric and look...many of tye clothing items looked amd felt costumeish and that was one thing I noticed when I opened the package.

They sell some good brands that I like to wear, but wow their prices have skyrocketed when no one else has! Dresses are at least 60% more expensive than a few months ago, and can be bought on the retailers' sites for less.

Shipping is a NIGHTMARE. Dont buy anything if you have a timeframe, it won't arrive in time. Their site says orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days, I have ordered a number of times and all have been at least 2 weeks to ship (this most recent order was placed 2 weeks ago and still waiting. It would honestly take less time for me to sew a dress from scratch).

If you're outside the US don't even bother trying to return anything, you have to pay tracked express shipping to get the item back to them ontime. It was going to cost me $30 to return a $50 skirt - so now I just have a skirt I may never wear.

Their house- brand clothes used to be SO nice, well made, good quality and well priced. It's turned to garbage and their prices are higher than ever.

I'll just go buy Hell Bunny off their actual site, I'm done with UV. It's sad they've gone so excessively downhill when I used to like shopping with them!!

I love Unique Vintage! I can always find one of a kind, high quality pieces for any occasion. Definitely my go-to shop when I want to add something new to my wardrobe.
