We researched and pondered for days…
We researched and pondered for days about a rug for our newly renovated spa-like master bath. The selection at UniqRugs was extensive and we had many choices to decide on. Size was an issue and when we called about a particular rug, the representative was extremely helpful in his knowledge of the rug we chose and offered alternatives of the same pattern in different sizes. We ordered it. It arrived as expected; was well wrapped for the shipment and it's perfect. Excellent quality, finish and design. We have many high-end rugs in our home and this is now a new favorite! A completely satisfactory experience
Questions I had about the size of this beautiful small rug were answered promptly, with an informed and correct answer. The rug arrived in the specified timeframe, well packed and in perfect condition.
The best part is that the rug is even more lovely than pictured, and fits perfectly in the space it was intended for. Exactly as the information their customer service gave to me. I would do business with these folks again.

Sight Unseen Buy
The rug arrived in days not weeks, well wrapped but, easy to open. It was real wool or at least appeared to be. The colors were strong, size correct, price was affordable and it nicely finished off a spot in our family room. What more could you ask for from an on line purchase.

Once we found Uniq rugs, our concern for purchasing online eased completely. An extensive collection of beautiful rugs easily discovered via the excellent website.
